I never would have known about it if GM didn't send me these physical letters. I emailed all the info to Peter five weeks ago....... No response. I emailed Bill from service two weeks ago regarding more problems I see with my 2024 Trax LEMON. Again, no response. I'm so sorry I bought my car there. If you expect a reply in your lifetime, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More

Terrible customer service. They lie to you about scheduling and timing. I left my car there after making an appointment two weeks earlier and they never looked at it. I called and asked why bother making an appointment if you don’t bother to look at the car. I don’t need a place to park it for the day. Once work was completed car was still acting up. I paid the $100 premium on the warranty and the still kept calling asking for payment. Service Manager is awful. More
