I do want to add that Kyle O'Donnell was very apologetic. It was a pleasure working with him so I don't want this to reflect badly on him. He was very helpful and drove the Jeep to my house personally to take the Tahoe and then drove the Tahoe back the next day!! I do appreciate that they put 4 new tires on, changed the coolant lines and replaced the front and rear break pads. I do love my Tahoe!
