Ok...my family has bought about 6 vehicles from Lannan, and we have always had a great experience. I have since moved to Cape Cod, almost 2 hours from Lannan but saw a used Ford Fusion with a great price. and we have always had a great experience. The problem was immediately I had a problem with the wipers, door handle, and the electrical in the heater. At a great inconvience I had to bring it back three times. I will get back to my service in a moment, but during my trials and tribulations I met Sales Manager Mr. Peter Caliendo..He is a credit to the Lannan family, he was professional while I complained, he attacked my problems attempting at every turn to minimize my inconvience, and even was going to get me a new truck to take home on one of my three visits so that I wasn't stranded. He made note of my wiper issue and honored the faulty wiper after my 3650 mile warranty expired due to the ongoing problem with it. The problem was taken care of, and due to this gentleman, and the excessive driving I do, and the fact I only buy American vehicles....I will directly speak to him in probably 2 years for another vehicle...he is a credit to Lannan........nice job Peter. The negative....I was a supervisor of a police department for 25 years and customer service is our primary objective, building a relationship with the community. The service department has a man named Joe Ascolese and I hope you never need service from Lannan. He is rude, abrasive, incredibly angry and aggressive. I was told on 2 of my visits when I called and told them what time I could bring my vehicle, and the employee stated for me to come in and have to work done to the safety issues with faulty wipers, not to mention the snow that was forecasted on both occasions. Now I have a 2 hour ride to get the service, and when I arrived the first time, I explained to Mr. Ascolese that I was told to come in and how far I drove, and the fact I was scared with my grandson in the car, and the wipers only intermittently working. The first time he raised his voice and demanded to know who told me to come in...and then lectured me on coming in at 1pm......(middle of the day in my world)....I could not get over how angry and aggressive he was. I left and the wipers again stopped working, on my second trip back from Cape Cod, after I was told my Lannan's to bring the vehicle in, Mr. Ascolese stated " you again, I wanna know who told you to come"....he then told me , it didn't matter, and he was not going to fix my wipers....he then stated ", let me help you and ill get the door for you", as he walked to the big bay door and pushed the button for me to leave". That is a first for me....I buy a car and when the wipers don't work, mind you three times......im told NO he wont work on it, he is really angry, red faced and loud and then throws me out...."....that Is when I went in the front of the sales and met Mr. Caliendo who did everything in his power to minimize Mr. Ascolese. I also spoke today to Mr. Mike Riviera who was happy, helpful and willing to assist me, again I admit only a conversation, but a nice credit to Lannan. It is funny, how can owners of a car dealership have a guy that works in service, who gets really mad when you need service.....lol......that is amazing........I cant even begin to estimate how much money Mr Ascolese is costing the Lannan owners......im torn now that I think about it.....I want to come back to be helped by Mr Caliendo, but what if something happens to my vehicle during warranty....I have to bring it in and get thrown out into a snow storm with no wipers......well at least he opened the door for me.......what a complete unprofessional jerk.....so angry...........oh ya , Robert E Downer Jr......... We were in the market for a new car to replace our Toyota (another story). We were going to seriously look at another make of car, which we did and came back to Lannan. We went to this dealership and dealt with Zach Green, he made the car buying experience one of the most pleasurable experiences we have had in all the years of purchasing a car. His knowledge of the car and enthusiasm were more than we expected. Also at the dealership there was no pressure or hassles. Zach also put in the time to find us the car we wanted in short order. My wife and I were truly impressed and will be back for our next vehicle. More
This place is as shady as they come, everything you fear about a used car dealership is what this place represents. Dishonest, unprofessional, slow, confusing, bad value. This is by far the best experience I ever had dealing with a dealership. From the beginning they were extremely friendly and personable, but genuine about it. I was introuduced to Lannan when I was searching for a Saturn Vue (certified). They were one of two dealerships that certified the Saturns still. My sales rep Richie Bruce was great, he wasn't pushy nor did he carry that "salesman vibe." He spoke confidently about what he knew and if he did not know an answer he found it for me. They were extremely accomodating to me. (I did not have the best credit rating). So I purchased the vehicle. This is where it get better. A month later I brought it in because I was hearing a noise, nothing crazy or extreme, but a noise. I brought the car in and I deal with David, nicest guy, really took the time to listen. After speaking with him, he brought me out to meet the manchanic who would be working on my car. The manchanic wanted to ride in the passenger seat while drove and pointed out the sound I was hearing. I was floored by this, never in my 13 plus of driving and owning a vehicle has a manchanic actually sit in the passenger seat and listen to what i was hearing. Amazing. While listening, he heard a different sound and was able to identify them both. Wait...it gets better. So the manchanic says this is proabaly going to take a while, do you have some place to be? I actually cleared my schedule that day and planned on hanging around the dealership until the car was finished. He set me up with a ride from their transportation. I was dropped off and then picked up when the car was ready. This is when I realized that I definately picked the right dealership. For the first time of my driving life, I feel comfortable and confident with my decision in purchasing my vehicle from Lannan in Woburn. I most definately will recommend Lannan to all of my friends and family. (Side note before buying a car from Lannan, I had a purchased a car from Toyota, no where near equal to the service I received from Lannan. Also my girlfriend just purchased a Honda from another dealership aproximately 2 weeks prior to my purchase, that "WELL KNOWN DEALERSHIP" couldn't hold a candle to Lannan. Love Lannan More

I just bought a brand new 2013 Chevy Malibu from Lannan in Woburn. Not only do I love the car I was happy with the price I got on it. Richie was great to work with. He went through all of the electronics on this model with me and answered all of my questions so I felt like I had a complete understanding of the vehicle. I had gone to other Chevy dealers in the area browsing and the service of the sales people were not what I was expecting. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Lannan Woburn and I cant imagine going any place else next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
This was my first time at Lannan Chevrolet. The service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The ladies that helped me with paper work were friendly, courteous and professional. Mr. Fahey took the time to explain several things to me about my vehicle, which I appreciated greatly. I was having issues with my fob (user error) and he walked me to my car to make sure it was working properly. I had an 8:30 appointment and was out within an hour. I will continue to use Lannan for service on my vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership! More
