Reapir was for an Oldsmobile. Repair was done on time at the quoted price. Used the Van driver service to/from home as repair was over night. Be aware Lannan Chevrolet (Woburn, MA.) has the best Chevrolet Service setup in my opinion. Requested service is done right with no follow up necessary. I am %100 satisfied with Lannan Chevrolet (Woburn, MA..) Bob Fahey, Service Manager, is on top of everything ...makes sure the Customer is taken care of %100. Bob is super friendly and professional. Who ever the Tech was ...knows his stuff as well. Lannan Chevrolet provides shuttle service ...that is like Gold, to be brought home and picked up reminds me of the old days. GM Corporate needs to know having Bob Fahey representing GM really makes a big difference. Actually eveyone I run into at Lannan Chevrolet, Woburn, MA., are all outstanding friendly Professionals. It is obvious that Lannan simply does not pay attention to service. They just pile up repair work and without a real clue as to whether they can complete it. When I called at midday they could give me no to service. They just pile up repair work and without a real clue as to whether they can complete it. Isn't it just common sense and good business practice to go to your co-workers and ask what are you doing and estimate how long will it take so that paying customers can plan their lives; rather than being treated like your asking a stupid question. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lannan and I can assure you they will be my last. More

Excellent service work on 2000 Silverado ...back to %100 operating condition. Rate per hour might be expensive, but you get what you pay for ...it was well worth every penny. Customers receive Quality Service at Lannan Chevrolet. I took notice to the way other Cutomers were treated, everyone appeared satisfied. I highly recommend Lannan Chevrolet, they don't play games as some independent auto repair facilities do. Bob Fahey, Lannan Chevrolet Service Manager, is an asset to Lannan.
