It is obvious that Lannan simply does not pay attention to service. They just pile up repair work and without a real clue as to whether they can complete it. Isn't it just common sense and good business practice to go to your co-workers and ask what are you doing and estimate how long will it take so that paying customers can plan their lives; rather than being treated like your asking a stupid question. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lannan and I can assure you they will be my last. More

Excellent service work on 2000 Silverado ...back to %100 operating condition. Rate per hour might be expensive, but you get what you pay for ...it was well worth every penny. Customers receive Quality Service at Lannan Chevrolet. I took notice to the way other Cutomers were treated, everyone appeared satisfied. I highly recommend Lannan Chevrolet, they don't play games as some independent auto repair facilities do. Bob Fahey, Lannan Chevrolet Service Manager, is an asset to Lannan. Hopefully Lannan Chevrolet Management takes notice to Bob Fahey's excellent work/Customer Service. Maybe they'll give hmi a big fat Bonus on the dreaded day he retires. I had the pleasure of working with Zach Green, and I can not say enough good things ab dealer and could not be happier with my purchase and service. I had the pleasure of working with Zach Green, and I can not say enough good things about him. Zach was very helpful and patient through all of my (many) questions and concerns. He took his time explaining everything about the vehicles I was looking at and was very knowledgeable and informative. I knew I wouldnt be buying during my first visit because I wanted to shop around, and I let him know this within the first few minutes of meeting. Throughout my whole experience, Zach was never pushy and never made me feel pressured into buying. Within a few days I was back at Lannan Chevrolet to get more serious about buying after some "not so good" experiences. After a lot of searching, Zach was able to find the exact car that I was looking for (I was being VERY picky so, thank you again Zach for bearing with me and being SO patient!).
