I was looking for a used certified car in the internet (autotrader) under 15K. I notice A 2007 Buick Lacross it look in excellent condition so I went to Lannan Chevrolet to look at the car. I talk to Mike Lannan and ED Shine about my trade and the 2007 Buick Lacross that I saw in their web sight. They told me that this car is GM certified and has been inspected by certified and trained mechanic. I also talk to Peter Fisher who was in the business office and go me finance with no problems. I bought the car the next day and the car was brand new condition. I also met Bob Fahey who is the service director of the dealership and told if any problems with car to see him in person. So that what I call Old fashion and personal service. Lannan Chevrolet will be my dealership for parts, sales, and service from present and future. Frank Grant did a marvelous job getting me in for service, getting my vehicle looked at and worked on and calling when it was ready to pick up. This was one of my regular service calls (oil change), and even though I was only spending a minimal amount of money today, I was as always treated with maximum respect. As far as I am concerned you are the only Chevy Dealer for me and my family. Thanks for your technique. Your employees are terrific, and Joe Ascolese in service is (in my estimation) an ambassador of good will to the motoring public.
