I was looking for a used certified car in the internet (autotrader) under 15K. I notice A 2007 Buick Lacross it look in excellent condition so I went to Lannan Chevrolet to look at the car. I bought the car the next day and the car was brand new condition. I also met Bob Fahey who is the service director of the dealership and told if any problems with car to see him in person. Frank Grant did a marvelous job getting me in for service, getting my vehicle looked at and worked on and calling when it was ready to pick up. This was one of my regular service calls (oil change), and even though I was only spending a minimal amount of money today, I was as always treated with maximum respect.
