I went in and within hours I was driving out of the dealership with my new car. I was met by Mark as I entered the service office area. He already had a repair tag and asked the nature of my visit. I bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox from Eddie just last week, and the experience was awesome. I didn't feel as though I was being sold a car, but more that I was buying a car from a guy I'd probably be friend and the experience was awesome. My service manager was very nice and helpful. Work was done in less than two hours. My check engine light stayed on constantly when I brought the car in, the mechanic determined it was a seized air ind done in less than two hours. I had put off buying a new car for years because I hate haggling, but it was finally time for a new car. I noticed that Lannan was part of AAA's car buying program, and my credit union also listed Lannan haggling, but it was finally time for a new car. I noticed that Lannan was part of AAA's car buying program, and my credit union also listed Lannan as a preferred dealer. After reading the stellar reviews on DealerRater I decided to give them a try. I was very pleased with my experience at Lannan! No haggling or high pressure whatsoever, yet I got a very good and fair price for my car and trade-in. I didn't need to negotiate, walk out, or become confrontational to get a good deal. Similarly, I did not get any high pressure sales push for add-on products such as extended warranties. This was much appreciated! The salesman I worked with was Mike Martyniak, who was friendly, informative, and on top of finding me the car I wanted and getting it ready for delivery. When I came to pick up the car he walked me through all it's features - and there are a lot of them! - and paired my cell phone with the car's bluetooth. He also configured the various features of the car for me, e.g., whether the horn sounds when locking the car using the key fob. This of course spared me the hassle of figuring it all out on my own :) I would definitely recommend Lannan to anyone who wants to buy a car. I felt that I was treated fairly and I avoided a lot of the stereotypical nonsense associated with car dealerships. Bravo! More
