Unsatisfied with service, and not returning my calls. Spoke with Joe in service multiple times, with promises of a return call from the service manager, but nothing. Took my car in for a noise underne Spoke with Joe in service multiple times, with promises of a return call from the service manager, but nothing. Took my car in for a noise underneath, and they told me that replacing the sway bar links and rear shocks would take care of it. It didn't. They did not properly diagnose the problem. I went for a ride with the tech later, and he identified the problem in about 5 minutes. Had they done that earlier, I would not have spent almost $1000.00 to NOT fix the problem. The only thing I asked after that was to give me a discount on the parts, not even looking for a break on the labor, though it would be nice too. More

Does not stand behind dealer installed accessories. I was informed by Nucar that accessories had a 2 year warranty. I arrived to have tonneau cover repaired/replaced and was then informed that it wou I was informed by Nucar that accessories had a 2 year warranty. I arrived to have tonneau cover repaired/replaced and was then informed that it would not be covered because I was over 36,000 miles. The 2 year warranty I was given false info. Had I been given the right info, I would have had the problem addressed before 36000 miles. I waited because i was told I had 2 years. Bad information and they refused to stand behind their word. More
