Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Price was fair. I owned a service facility for 30 years. I thought the wait was rather long for a service either way an appointment. Only real short Price was fair. I owned a service facility for 30 years. I thought the wait was rather long for a service either way an appointment. Only real short coming was the free wash. Truck was half washed More
I had an appointment Scheduled at 8:30am 11/5 for 3 recalls on my 2004 Dodge Cummins. 2 side airbags and a tierod "check". I also had an Alignment scheduled. I dropped my truck off on 11/4 for everyone recalls on my 2004 Dodge Cummins. 2 side airbags and a tierod "check". I also had an Alignment scheduled. I dropped my truck off on 11/4 for everyones convenience. Keith was my service advisor. I had to call the shop atlround 2pm to check on it. Keith was unsure if I was going to get it back that day but he was "pretty sure" i was. He was going to check on it and get back to me. I received a very unclear voicemail and instructions to call him back. It is now 4pm. No Alignment was done for reasons Keith couldn't answer. After I showed up, Keith states I have diesel " Rapidly leaking" out of my truck. The tech has a note stating the "inherently dangerous" condition of the truck due to a previous frame Repair... Not that the frame was thin, or damaged. But that it was "Repaired". I feel this technician wouldnt know a repair from a reinforcement. Keith never looked at my truck the whole time it was in the shop other than driving it in and out. He couldn't show me the "rapidly leaking" diesel when he pulled it around for me! 5:38Pm I picked my truck up. 9 HRS to replace 2 tiny airbags in a 20 year old truck and Visually inspect a Tierod. Zero communication between service advisor and tech and, Service advisor and Customer! No one even offered to fix "rapidly leaking diesel" either. Summary. Keith is a terrible Service advisor, find your Spine and do your job. The Tech gave the customer the middle finger because he got stuck with Warranty work that only pays half. The service advisor let it happen. More
Everyone was extremely kind and helpful I fell in the bathroom and was extremely embarrassed. People went out of their way to make sure I was ok. I even got a hug from the lady who helped me in the bathr bathroom and was extremely embarrassed. People went out of their way to make sure I was ok. Made a appointment to have a upper radiator hose that was leaking changed appointment was made for 9 am told them I needed truck back that day was told wouldn't be a problem. It took the service department 5 leaking changed appointment was made for 9 am told them I needed truck back that day was told wouldn't be a problem. It took the service department 5 hours of looking at truck to find that it was the upper radiator hose leaking like I said. You could see where the hose was leaking it is not hard to follow where a drip comes from in the dust! 5 days later I got my truck back with no gas in it and 35 more miles then when dropped off which is very unnecessary for a radiator hose! The radiator hose still had the packing slip on it with antifreeze all over the engine bay. The complimentary car wash was garbage truck came back looking worse then when dropped off like it was washe by going thru a mud puddle. I will not use nucar again More
Harold of Nucar Tilton: A Sales Star Shining Brighter Than Rudolph's Nose! Forget Santa's sleigh, hop on the Harold bandwagon – because this man isn't just delivering smiles, he's delivering car buying Than Rudolph's Nose! Forget Santa's sleigh, hop on the Harold bandwagon – because this man isn't just delivering smiles, he's delivering car buying bliss! In my 30+ years of navigating the treacherous terrain of dealerships, Harold stands out like a beacon of sincerity, honesty, and genuine human kindness. From the moment I contacted Nucar (after dodging the slimy sales sharks at countless other dealerships), Harold was a breath of fresh air. No pressure, no cheesy tactics, just honest answers and lightning-fast responses. He listened to my needs, respected my budget, and made the entire process smoother than Santa's landing on a buttered roof. And when a minor hiccup arose with the phone app (because even Rudolph encounters reindeer reindeer games), guess who was there to the rescue? Harold, on Christmas Day! This man doesn't just meet expectations, he shatters them with a festive hammer of helpfulness. So, if you're tired of the "used car salesman shuffle" and yearn for a genuine, down-to-earth car buying experience, look no further than Harold at Nucar Tilton. He's a rare gem, a human unicorn, and Nucar should consider themselves luckier than finding a four-leaf clover on a leprechaun's birthday to have him on their team. Harold, you rock! You've earned a loyal customer for life, and I'll be shouting your praises louder than carolers on eggnog. And to Nucar, cherish this man! He's your secret Santa, the holiday bonus you didn't know you deserved. In short, if you're in the market for a car, skip the fruitcake and go for the Harold sundae. It's the sweetest deal in town! P.S. Five stars isn't enough for Harold. This man deserves a whole galaxy of glowing reviews! More
I had a terrible experience today. I called a week ago and spoke with Nina, who set my appointment up for inspection, with an additional appointment to speak with her about my lease e I called a week ago and spoke with Nina, who set my appointment up for inspection, with an additional appointment to speak with her about my lease ending in January. I need new tires, but do not want to put them on the car unless I can make the buyout of the lease work. She specifically told me she would come get me while I was there. The man in the service department told me he would let her know I was there. Two and a half hours later (had some recalls to deal with as well) with the car almost done, she texts me asking if it is okay for texting. I explained that I had hoped to have talked to her sooner and it was too late now. She tells me I wouldn't have met with her because she works in IT Department. Say what!!?? She asked if I had walked over to Sales. Obviously, I hadn't as I was waiting for her. The same service guy told me he didn't know what happened and that he told Sales I was there. Sales told him he didn't know who Nina was... Nobody bothered to come see me. What a wasted trip. NuCar might have helped me buy out my lease or they might have helped me flip it for another. It's a 3 year lease and I just hit 20,000 miles. Sorry NuCar, you lost out. I will absolutely not return. More
