Buyer Beware: First of all, I have bought at least 5 new vehicles from this location. Went in here to buy a new vehicle! Didn't like what tried selling me first and they tried strong arming me! Got a second on down there saw the mileage of the vehcle @ 162 and signed the paperwork. The car was being detailed and undercoated. but when we first got in it and started it, the actual mileage was 1062 and they all claimed typo but this was fraud! I looked at the paperwork again and they had marked the new vehicle as used! Make sure of what you sign and get what you want instead of what they want you to buy! I will never buy another vehicle from these people ever again!!! To top it of, we bought Weathertech all season mats for the vehicle! We went to put them in and when we removed the mats that came with the vehicle we found a caked in crust under the mats! They never did detail this thing! They are a bunch of crooked and unscrupulous liars!!! More

I have had a number of negative encounters, including almost losing my wheel 3 times and the strap meant to secure my gas tank breaking while I was driving home from Massachusetts. My last pretty dangerous problem occurred when I lost my brakes on my way to Rhode Island. I had ust recently had service. I had a leak in my brake line! Why wasn't this discovered? The paperwork at that time indicated my brakes were checked annd were okay. I had to have my truck towed to a mechanic who fixed it but told me the problem was in a section of the line that was missing the coating. How does that happen? Every time I go into your service center your agents find some new rather expensive problem that I have to fix. The latest really ticked me off because your agent told me I failed inspection because of a chip in my windshield which has been there for easily 7 or 8 years! In addition, he told me it failed because my rear axle seal is leaking on my brakes. I had told your agent at my last service that I would have to wait until the end of February to fix the rear axle sea becauses of finsnces. He said he would reach out around then to set something up to address a number of repairs. He never bothered to tell me that I would fail my inspection because of the leaking seal. Long story short, I have had some very close calls in spite of the fact that I follow the recommended services for my truck. I am very frustrated with your service and I can tell you I will not buy my next vehicle from NUCAR. More
