I had a recall on my RAM pick up truck. The service department ordered the parts and called to get me scheduled once the parts arrived. I also had them do some routine maintenance along with the recall, and they had my vehicle ready sooner than promised. Everyone that I spoke with was great to deal with. When I got my vehicle back, it was washed and just as clean on the inside as when I dropped it off. This might sound like a small thing, but isn’t something I’ve seen from other dealers. More
