I was told that it would be 3-5 days for the replacement radio that was ordered and it took 5 weeks. I did not get any updates until I called. I found this ridiculous. Also once the service was completed radio that was ordered and it took 5 weeks. I did not get any updates until I called. I found this ridiculous. Also once the service was completed I asked and was told nothing could be done as far as customer satisfaction goes. I understand that the deductible could not be adjusted but the service manager should have made it a point to do something for me to make the situation right. More

bought a new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, have 2000=/- miles. Has been back for service twice !! once for a part in motor and they had it for 2 weeks, and today its back there for a leak when it r 2000=/- miles. Has been back for service twice !! once for a part in motor and they had it for 2 weeks, and today its back there for a leak when it rains ... leaks in on drivers' side 2 different spots... had a 9 am appointment, just called to check 3:15pm and they are just looking at it. no idea how long it will take! totally unacceptable the service person never has answers but says I DONT KNOW to everything we ask. my thought would be to say IDK but let me find out for you. nope just IDK... so frustrating. however, the sales dept I give a A+ they went above and beyond.... More
