When they sell the cars, I just wish they would offer the under coding because I would’ve added that to my purchase when I purchased my new car but now I am going to have to pay $450 for it to be done. I had a recall on my RAM pick up truck. The service department ordered the parts and called to get me scheduled once the parts arrived. They were very accommodating with my schedule and got an appointment that worked for me and my family. I also had them do some routine maintenance along with the recall, and they had my vehicle ready sooner than promised. Everyone that I spoke with was great to deal with. When I got my vehicle back, it was washed and just as clean on the inside as when I dropped it off. This might sound like a small thing, but isn’t something I’ve seen from other dealers. More
