Heads up for anyone buying used vehicles through Nucar. I recently bought and used 2024 f150. Truck was delivered to my house. They promised the truck to be detailed and cleaned. The second big issue was they are selling used trucks that they don’t even have the title too. Bought his truck they gave me temp plates only good for 20 days. It took over a month for the title. Very poor communication. I felt that was getting the run around. Had to keep calling every day over and over again. And I called the general manager with no call back either. Just be prepared if you buy something used from they and asked the title status. Very sketchy buying from them. More

I brought my car to be reconditioned, Twice ! First time a lot wasn't done ! Mr. Marble was embarrassed. Stated no one speaks English, no charge, 2nd time was better but still missed some items, First time a lot wasn't done ! Mr. Marble was embarrassed. It was implied to me that I should have gotten it detailed. I don't want to pay that much. I should not still have soap smears in my car. I will not recommend them to anyone. I was more than patient 2 whole days without my car. More

Went in for engine light. After 1 week they said I needed a battery, front and rear axeles. I don't need axel. Lies! Battery was $554. I bought a battery at Walmart for $120.
