End result of the transaction was having to pay almost $450.00 for a new windshield wiper and arm (probably worth $20.00). Service people were excellent but how management' handled issue with extended c $450.00 for a new windshield wiper and arm (probably worth $20.00). Service people were excellent but how management' handled issue with extended car warranty and "promised follow-up" was beyond disappointing! Customer relations is a lost art!!! More
