Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase of a used vehicle My experince was positive but also frustrating at times due to lack of information and knowledge from the salesman (John OConner) I was assigned to. It was obvious he was very eager to please, but that led him to make some inaccurate promises that upper management then corrected for me. As a young female customer the last thing I wanted was to feel like I was being taken advantage of and at times I was made very uncomfortable by misinformation. John made quite a few mistakes with paperwork which I can understand because he is new, however it shouldn’t be my job and problem to then have to hunt down the correct information and convince him that he is wrong and has been misinformed. On multiple occasions he would say one thing but someone else had given me other information. At one point due to his error of not having me sign a form he was kind enough to drive the paperwork to my office, which I agreed to and appreciated. When I asked him to confirm a final unpaid principle so I could tell my insurance he took it upon himself to show up at my office unannounced which I felt was very inappropriate. I think that evaluations are important and help us get better at our job, but I think it’s ridiculous that John asked me to give him all 10s on the evaluation so he would been rewarded and viewed well by management. More

Boch Honda is a terrific place to purchase a car! I had a very positive experience buying a new to me car! The sales person, Inna Tverskaya, was extremely helpful in getting all the necessary paperwor I had a very positive experience buying a new to me car! She did it all from changing the plates to registering and having the car inspected so I could drive out without having to do a thing! I am also very grateful for Brian Downey’s care and concern that my golf clubs would fit in my new car. And they did! The entire crew I worked with were all pleasant and helpful.
