I'd scheduled the appointment specifically to work for her as well, but instead it was a waste of her time. On the second day when I needed to come out for my title and such, it took my sales rep almost 15 minutes to find my file, even though he knew I was coming. While I understand that they are busy with many clients per day, I expected him to be on top of who he was working with, as I've had in the past with other sales reps from this dealership. He was a nice man - courteous and polite, just didn't seem to be focused on the tasks at hand. The gentleman from the finance aspect was more than pleasurable to work with! He explained everything in detail without making it confusing and was very quick to form a relationship with his clients. More

Lots of options but choose a different salesman!! I went to Boch because they had have a huge selection and I have heard good things! Well selection was very good however sales was horrible. I have dealt with car salesmen in the past and I must say this one was ridiculous! He will smile and tell you everything you want to hear ( just what a salesman does) however there were things wrong with the car he said he would have fixed when I picked it up, ok no problem right? No I pick up the car and your supposed to walk through the car with the salesman and sign off on it, he handed me the keys said congrats I got to go. I had questions about the car he was nowhere to be found. So now no walk through. None of my questions answered. I leave the lot and text him asking why this is still wrong etc. He says it passed inspection so it’s fine. I asked for paperwork I’ll have it to you next week he says. 2 months later and nothing. I have tried to contact him and no response. So if you want a salesman to guide you through the process (someone deserving a commission) do NOT good with this salesman!!!! I have had to bring the car to the service department 3 times already and I will have to bring it in again next week! Horrible experience!!! More

Some of the bottom level sales people seem nice, but managers and finance are pure jerks and screw over their own salespeople. More
