Knowledgeable sales rep made leasing a new car simple 3 years ago I leased a 2015 Honda civic for a GREAT price with Gary Lee at this same dealership. When the lease was up, I was unclear if I wanted to u 3 years ago I leased a 2015 Honda civic for a GREAT price with Gary Lee at this same dealership. When the lease was up, I was unclear if I wanted to upgrade to a new Civic or new Accord. On returning to Boch this time, I was assisted by Amine Abad who quickly asked which features were important to me, one of which being the Honda Lane watch. We could quickly eliminate the Accord as it is no longer available in favor of "Honda Sense" (really though Honda?). Amine was very knowledgeable about the different trim levels and what was available on each one. We quickly found what was available in stock and I was test driving my new Honda Civic EX-T which I quickly fell in love with. The price was as good as I could hope for; higher than my previous amazing lease payment but I believe that was due to higher trim and higher Money Factor than previous lease (I got about the same 13% discount on MSRP for negotiated price as last time, and I'm pretty confident that is at or around Boch Honda's "break-even" point, at least for the civic). The rest of the experience was longer than I would have liked, but considering that during the standard do-you-want-additional-insurance talk with buying a new car Amine was already moving stuff from the trunk of my old civic to the new one, it could have been longer. I don't think there's anything I would have expected Amine to have done better during this experience. When I returned to pick up the new registration a week later, he greeted me at the desk and talked with me about the Honda HRV and CRV which my Mom may consider leasing when her Toyota Rav-4 lease ends. I will recommend she goes to see Amine! More
