Boch was the fourth dealership we visited. We had the "typical" experience at other dealerships, the pushy salesmen that would only look or talk to my husband and the salesmen that were tying to push us out of our budget...until we were fortunate enough to meet Biff. He took time to sit with us in the children's play area and discuss our needs while our son played because he could tell our son was frustrated. He asked us the right questions and never suggested anything outside our budget. He was kind, helpful and professional. (Also very humorous!) In the end, we found a car at another dealership that was about 2k lower than the car that we were looking at with Biff, in the end we ended up purchasing the car from Boch Honda because of Biff. He was the first person to treat us with kindness and respect in our lengthy car buying experience. Biff Femerty is a rarity in the industry. In a sea of pushy sales tactics and dishonesty, Biff stands out, miles apart from the rest as he is truly kind and understanding and knowledgeable, he is an asset to Boch. We are loyal customer to Biff at Boch as long as he is around. More

Second, why go anywhere else other than Boch Honda? This is where I met Amine who was the best in all of the any consumer sales experiences I've ever had! Informative, honest, straightforward and understanding of my needs...sometimes before I understood them! Buying a used car is not an easy or quick process but Amine made it painless and I walked away feeling like I got the best deal on a 2014 Honda CR-V in all of New England! I'm already in love with driving my new car around and in the future when I want to upgrade I will ask for Amine. While I live about 25 miles north of Norwood there was no where else I would rather have gone for my first dealer purchased used car than Boch Honda with Amine! Also the business office and front desk rocked!!! :-) More

They said I needed a new transmission which would cost 6,000. Then the insurance company came in and all the sudden the one I have can be fixed for 1,700. They fixed my car without my permission. Very bad experience! More

Rendel was great I inquired about a Pilot over the internet and received a prompt response from their sales team. I have had bad experiences with pushy sales people in the past, but Rendell was great. He is genuinely a nice person, which helps alleviate some of the stress with buying a new car. I did not, however, have the same experience with their finance person. He was condescending and implied we didn't know what a good loan rate was. We immediately called our credit union the next day and got a MUCH better rate. He also told us we needed to wait 45 days until we refinanced, which was a lie. To summarize, Rendell was great... finance guy, not so much. More
