Don't Buy Used Here While the buying experience at Boch Honda in Norwood was leaps and bounds better than the half-dozen dealerships I bounced between (sales and finance While the buying experience at Boch Honda in Norwood was leaps and bounds better than the half-dozen dealerships I bounced between (sales and finance people were awesome), the positive experience ends there. Do not buy a used car from this dealership. I had my car for 6 weeks when I started experiencing trouble; brought it into a dealership closer to my apt for what I thought would be a simple issue, and was quoted $1500 for repairs (for the record, I baby my car, as I worked my butt off to be able to afford one). When I called and spoke to people at Boch to see how they might help, they said the other dealership was lying (literally) and to bring it in for evaluation. I got a second opinion from an independent garage instead, who verified the need for repairs. At that point, I decided my trust would be better placed in the hands of those capable gentlemen rather than they-who-doth-protest-too-much, and had them complete the work. You bet if something else fails (have now had the car about 12 weeks), I'll be knocking on the door of Boch Honda. More
POOR Customer Service Buyer beware! My girlfriend was in the market for a new Honda CR-V. She currently owns a 2013 cr-v and was looking to upgrade to the new model. She ha Buyer beware! My girlfriend was in the market for a new Honda CR-V. She currently owns a 2013 cr-v and was looking to upgrade to the new model. She had received a mailer from Grieco Honda in Johnston, RI which is where she purchased it from in the past, stating that they were having an all day "event" offering XX amount of dollars for a trade in, and 0 money down and 0.9% APR on select new Honda models. Unfortunately, that APR didn't qualify for CR-V's as they are "such a hot car right now." Understood, so we shopped around for the best price. A gentleman at Balise in West Warwick, RI referred us over to Boch as they are a high volume dealer and could negotiate the trade in price and price of vehicle with us even further. It was a Friday afternoon, and I called and spoke to a man named Neil. He took all the info down, and when he went to check with his GM and Used Car Sales Manager, he came back and told me no one was there still (it was 8:30pm on a Friday) I understood, and he said he'd call first thing 9:15AM with answers to my questions. 9:30am rolls around, no call. I call in and they state he has not arrived yet. 10AM, no call. 10:36AM, I call and finally get in touch with him. He has not spoken to the managers yet, so he does so and they state they can match the price and potentially beat the trade in deal. So after wasting half the morning waiting to hear back from him, we drive an hour to Norwood from RI, and arrive at 12pm. We negotiate, which we would not have gotten any greater a deal here than we would have back at Grieco (same price and same trade in amount), and we settle on it and sign the paperwork. It is now in the finance department's hands and we are waiting patiently. A gentleman to our left who is dealing with a separate sales associate leans over and says "Hey, did you guys just buy a new car?" We respond with yes, a CR-V, how about yourself? He states yes, a Honda Accord! He strikes up further conversation, and while both ours and his sales associate are away talking to managers, he says "Hey, let me ask you, what did you guys get for an interest rate?!" We tell him that we are currently negotiating it, but that we received a mailer from the Grieco who is currently running an event stating they are offering 0.9 APR and no money down on select new models. He said wow! And we said yeah, but unfortunately it will not work for Honda CR-V, and we said well hey, maybe accords fit into that equation. The conversation had finished and while we were talking to our sales associate, he asked for the piece of paper from me that showed that interest rate. Seeing as how it's not some highly classified, government document, just a regular old piece of "junk" mail, I handed it to him and carried about my business dealing with my own transaction. A good amount of time goes by and the finance lady comes back and states " The General Manager has called the deal off. He doesn't like that you came in here and are showing a piece of paper to other customers." WHAT?! Is that how you conduct business, as professionals and supposedly "leaders" in Honda sales in New England. Give me a break! It's a piece of junk mail that lures anyone through the door, and hondas interest rates are posted directly on Hondas website under their finance tab! Funny thing is, Accord coupes do qualify for 0.9% on 60 months and 1.9% for 72 months, I simply went online and in 5 seconds found out! So for your completely unprofessional manner in which you handled the situation, you lost my girlfriend as a customer, who had already signed your sales agreement (and luckily nothing further, financially), and customer who also had signed another sales agreement so he could go "shop around" and earned yourself a negative review here. I will never step foot inside your facilities again, nor will I refer a single person to your dealership. Let it be known that we left at 3pm, drove to Grieco Honda, they offered us more for our trade, gave us floor mats, and wheel locks for free, and we ended up buying the model up EX-L with navigation because the price was right! Shame on you Boch Honda, Manny, Rog, and the finance lady who was the rudest out of all them. Your loss! More

He has over 11 years of experience working with Honda, was proficient, easy to talk to and he made the process easy. We also worked with Hayden in finance who was wonderful and worked with me when I felt I needed to review options and cost for additional coverages in addition to the lease payments on my 2017 Honda Fit. Once I picked up my car I met the manager Tommy and Amine went over with me ALL the features of my vehicle. They take out a lot of time to make sure you aware of the features/coverages you have with package purchased. I have bought from Toyota and Subaru and have not received service so thorough before. Rad team. Two thumbs up!!! More
