A tale of 2 experiences. I went to Boch Honda on Thursday to try to purchase a vehicle. I was looking for a pre-owned CRV. I found one that I liked and I told the salesman tha I went to Boch Honda on Thursday to try to purchase a vehicle. I was looking for a pre-owned CRV. I found one that I liked and I told the salesman that I was going to finance through my own bank. His managers came out with the high pressure tactics. They told me that I had to finance through Boch even tough I had already begun the process with my bank. So I agreed to try it with them. They come back with an interest rate of 12.63% so I told them no deal and that I would take my chances with my bank. When I asked why the rate was so high they told me that my credit score was 100 points less than it was when I checked it online just prior to my visit. So my bank calls me back on Friday with a loan that has an interest rate of 4.59%. So I decide to go with my bank. We call the insurance company and get everything squared away with them. All I need now is to go back to Boch and get a sales agreement and an RMV-1. Everything is going fine with the salesman today and then here comes yet another high pressure manager. He tells me that I HAVE to finance through them TODAY. I tell him that I already have financing through my bank but he keeps insisting that I finance through them TODAY! Not only was this a very high pressure tactic but he was also really rude and agressive about it. The experience was everything people hate about buying cars. The salesman I was dealing with was excellent but everyone else that I dealt with were terrible. I really wanted the car I was looking at and would still like to purchase it but it's almost like they don't want to sell it to me. These managers acted like it was my responsibility to make their experience pleasant instead of the other way around. Very unprofessional, I don't get it. After this review everything changed. Suddenly they were calling me and willing to work with me to make the sale happen. If they could have just treated me like this from the beginning this rating could have been 5 stars, but I can't ignore what happened initially. I did bump up their rating from 1 to 3 stars. We are very happy with the vehicle. Our salesman Juldeh Barrie was excellent and I would recommend him. More

Very happy with the Civic and the purchasing experience I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic on June 15th. The process was seamless. The Sales Rep Gary M. Lee was great. He was efficient and showed me exactly what I wanted. It was a pleasant experience and the time I spent there going thru the paper work was quick. I didn't feel like I was waiting around for ever. Gary was very friendly and I felt comfortable working with him. I have only had the car now for a few hours but I find it to be fun to drive and I couldn't be happier with it. More

Worst car buying experience Took three weeks to finally sign the deal. Lots of unnecessary time spent waiting at the dealership and on return phone calls from the team. Often felt like those that were working with us were too busy to focus on details and it proved true when we found out that the numbers were wrong in the agreement and had to go back to the dealership, sign more papers and increase our monthly payments. Business office (Lucy) was very helpful but somewhere something got mixed up and caused a lot of headache for our family. Will not return or recommend Boch. More
