Lenny Shaul was the employee who helped me pick the car and finished my paper works within two days. The finance department employee was also very helpful and gave me a great price when leasing my car. I am very happy with my new Honda Civic ex 2012 and I do recommend this dealership to all of you because they really know how to make their customers happy. More
I bought a 2008 Nissan Xterra with less than 35K on it from here in September. In November the radiator sprung a leak. I took it back and they replaced it with a genuine Nissan radiator and fixed a few other minor problems. I had bought the extended warranty and they charged it to that although it probably would have been covered under the Mass lemon law, but (I guess) they wanted to be paid for the work. More
STAY AWAY !!! BOCH HONDA Steve Winnett Was the sales guy who wasted several hours over several nights of my time . The prices kept going up and they kept saying "Sorry we forgot this fee" . Then they tried who wasted several hours over several nights of my time . The prices kept going up and they kept saying "Sorry we forgot this fee" . Then they tried to Charge me over $700 more than a one time payment for a one-pay lease . What this means is you can pay all cost up front and avoid paying the money factor over time (apr) and save money . You still pay a money factor but not as much and you get a one-pay discount . They just calculated the total cost with $0 down and added a random amount for their profit. They refused to show how they got that number until after 4 visits . THEN they had my credit run 4 times without my approval to run it 4 times. More
I came to the dealer to get my battery check. I spoke to someone at the Honda Subcontracter center. Before I went to the service center. I kept asking the woman on the phone is my battery covered by my warr someone at the Honda Subcontracter center. Before I went to the service center. I kept asking the woman on the phone is my battery covered by my warranty. She told me just bring the car in and they will check it for. She did not mention there is a fee. So,I was very surprise that there were a fee.The woman did not explain anything to me. She refuse to give me a simple answer but she insist I go in to have the mechanics check my car. So, she set up an appointment for me for Nov. 12. Drove to the service center. I end up talking to Sean de Silva. I explain to him what I was there for. Then I ask him if my battery is covered and he explain everything to me. I got upset because the person at the call center could have done more to get me answers to my question. She was no help at all. After speaking to Sean de Silva, I forgot how upset I was with the woman. Sean De Seliva was very professional. He explain how the whole warranty works. He went out of his way to help me, which I appreciate. Walk out the dealer a very happy customer. He is a Very,Very pleasant guy. Thumbs up for Sean de Silvs. More
I bought a car at Boch and they tried to rip me off by saying that the car I was purchasing had a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty because it was certified. I found out the "mistake" in the finance office saying that the car I was purchasing had a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty because it was certified. I found out the "mistake" in the finance office the finance guy Hayden was honest and excellent. I asked for some scratches to be removed as part of the deal they told me they would do that and they didn't after taking it to them twice. I had left a personal item in my trade-in and called them the night I bought the car from them and they said okay they would look for it and they never did and I never got it back. I got a broken second set of keys so I got one good set and a second broken set and had to go back to get the key fixed. The car seat was hurting my back and I tried a ton of different remedies and none helped so Bill Almon said that they would buy the car back and I would get some of my down payment back. When I went to them to do so they gave me a very high monthly payment on the car I wanted to trade for. I asked them how they got to that number and back calculated it there in front of them and low an behold they were carrying over 4k from my trade in that I had purchased from them a few months prior, now I realized I was going to ultimately lose some money but to be told that they would help me out and then to find out they had lied about my options was very disappointing. My case was probably a bit unique however this is Boch and they have been doing this for a long time I wouldn't expect this kind of treatment especially since I lived in Norwood most of my life and my family has bought many cars from them at last count it was eight cars. Well never again my cousin dropped a deal with them and my uncle is going to return his car after his lease is up in a few months because of the way I was treated. Again if they simply never offered to help me then I would say okay that's the way it goes but to lie in order to double dip a deal that is simply terrible. More
Chris and Amine were great. Chris exceeded the lease deal of a competitor, even though there was a error in their ad. And Amine covered every detail in a clear and courteous manner. Every promise made was re of a competitor, even though there was a error in their ad. And Amine covered every detail in a clear and courteous manner. Every promise made was realized. I was amazed how unfounded my anxiety about car shopping turned out at Boch Honda with Chris and Amine. More

When I called Boch Honda, I said I could'n find a ride to the dealership. Chris promised that it would be no problem. Amine (the sales person) followed up the call and picked me up from home and drove me back home after I signed the lease. He then came to pick me up again when the car was registered and ready to go. He was attentive to details during the whole transaction. Hayden was very courteous and answered all my financial questions with big smile. Overall, it was an efficient and smooth process. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Absolutely recommend to everybody. More
Note "I'm rating only the service department not the other departments or other services witch I had a very positive experience with in the past. I took my 2011 Acura MDX for service (08/04) "before other departments or other services witch I had a very positive experience with in the past. I took my 2011 Acura MDX for service (08/04) "before somebody ask why I took it to Honda? I purchased the car from Boch Honda and free oil change was part of the deal with the GM Mark Duran-a great person to work with and very professional-". The service advisor was nice and took all the info and we confirmed the correct oil grade. I waited over 2hours and 20 minutes before the advisor gave me the keys and told me that my car was all set. Once I got to my car I noticed: - The driver and passenger seat were dirty (a mixed of dirt and grease - very disgusting) - It was grease all over the front of the car near the hood - While I was reading the paper work I noticed the wrong oil grade (instead of 5w20, the tech put 0w-20). I went back to the advisor and reported all the issue; he apologized and notified the service manager who came over and said two words" sorry, we will flash the oil and do it again and it should take 15 minute"!!!! I ended up waiting another 35 minute and they did not clean the car. So to summarized, I saved $29.98 and ended up spending $40 to detail the car. I'm very disappointed at the service manager and the way he handled the situation and the tech who clearly was unprofessional. (The advisor did his job by reporting the issue to his manager). More
I would highly recommend working with Sean Devlin for a sales associate. He guided us through the typical car dealership nonsense with patience and professionalism. We bought a 2012 CRV that came with a de sales associate. He guided us through the typical car dealership nonsense with patience and professionalism. We bought a 2012 CRV that came with a dent. Sean was kind enough to offer us another vehicle but the upper management resisted his request and we are now saddled with the inconvenience of getting the dent fixed by the collision center. You will get a good price at Boch but you must be prepared to spend several hours in the dealership and you must come prepared and keep your wits about you every step of the way. The final step with the finance person is a case in point. We were quoted a monthly payment with and without an extended service contract (ESC). It came to $8 a month difference over 60 months so we figured it was a good deal at around $500. By that time we were worn down and said OK without paying attention. We got home and reviewed the paperwork and saw that we were charged over $2100 for the ESC. We ultimately cancelled the ESC and got a refund but it left a bad feeling toward the finance dept. I do, however, recommend Boch Honda. Their service department is pricey, but OK (we bought our last Honda from them) and they have very, very convenient hours. Once again, ask for Sean Devlin and you will have a decent car buying experience. More
Excellent!!! Our salesmen, Mike Barakat, was great. He greeted us on arrival and brought us to his desk so he could find out what we were looking for and how he can help us. We told Mike we wanted a Black greeted us on arrival and brought us to his desk so he could find out what we were looking for and how he can help us. We told Mike we wanted a Black 2012 CRV EX-L and Mike went to work for us. After very little negotiating, despite a very aggressive offer by us, a sales manager, Jocemy Homicile came over said congratulations and shook our hands. It was after 6:00PM on a Saturday night but Jocemy asked if it would be possible for us to do the paper work that night and pick up the vehicle the next day. Not a problem. Mike got the paper work prepared quickly and took us immediately into the finance office where we dealt with Hayden Ali. Hayden was fantastic!!! Very friendly and sociable. Hayden got all the paperwork done promptly and we were on our way. Absolutely great buying experience with all 3 of them, Mike, Jocemy and Hayden. They gave us great value for our trade and beat the quotes we had received from other dealers, significantly, without any pressure or taking much of our time. Mike followed through with the whole process (ask for him he is excellent). We picked up our truck 2 days later and Mike made sure everything was perfect. This was not the first Honda we bought at Boch Honda - Norwood and probably will not be our last. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO WHEN YOU ARE BUYING A NEW HONDA OR USED VEHICLE. More
