We were shopping with our 2 year old daughter and they had a nice play area, were patient with her needing to be fed, changed, entertained, etc. Very family friendly in their interactions. All of the people named above were great to work with. The finance person (I'm forgetting his name unfortunately) was great too. Presented the options and paperwork in a honest, straight-forward manner and was willing to run different options - terms, rate, down payment amounts, etc. without rushing us to a decision. This dealership exceeded my expectations. I did not experience any of the fast talking, high pressure tactics I have been subject to with past car purchases or when just looking at other dealerships. I felt I was treated like a valued customer rather than a target. I felt the staff actually listened to what we expressed in terms of what we were looking for in a car and financially. More
If you go to Boch Honda in Norwood, MA be sure to request Craig Licker. Craig is not your "typical phony car salesman" and he is very genuine. Craig sold me the car with ease without feeding me lies and scam Craig Licker. Craig is not your "typical phony car salesman" and he is very genuine. Craig sold me the car with ease without feeding me lies and scams. I have been to several car dealerships and worked with several car salesmen and Craig is BY FAR the best. Craig did not rush to sell me just any car, he took his time to make sure I choose the perfect car and that I was 100% satisfied. Craig also went out of his way to ensure that some of the scratches were fixed and buffed out which he was not required to do. Craig is not just an excellent car salesman, but he is a very genuine person who takes pride in his work and strives to provide superior customer service and satisfaction. Trust me, if you want a top notch car salesman, go to Boch Honda and request Craig Licker, you will not be disappointed! More

We bought our previous car at Boch Honda (Fit) back in 08 and we've always experienced straightforward, honest dealings in both sales and service. With that in mind my wife and I stopped into Boch Honda late and we've always experienced straightforward, honest dealings in both sales and service. With that in mind my wife and I stopped into Boch Honda late one Sunday afternoon to see the CRV & Pilot. Mark Heroux met us, listened to our needs, gave us a tutorial & test drive on both vehicles, thoroughly answered all of our questions, and was completely mindful of our time; Every minute spent with Mark was beneficial and not a minute was wasted. Mark followed up that evening with a personal email thanking us for coming in & letting us know he was there if we needed anymore information and/or questions. I emailed Mark a few times over the next few weeks & each reply was timely, thorough and straight to the point. I would definitely recommend Boch Honda and Mark Heroux. Thanks again Mark. More
Tom and Eric were wonderful they treat you as if they've known you forever. They didn'd force anything on you like other dealers do. I will go back for my next car. known you forever. They didn'd force anything on you like other dealers do. I will go back for my next car. More
This was by far the worst sales experience I have ever encountered. In my opinion, they don't have adequate finance staffing, they are incredibly slow, and they don't care about their customer beyond the encountered. In my opinion, they don't have adequate finance staffing, they are incredibly slow, and they don't care about their customer beyond the sale. The sales associate assisting me was Sean Devlin, a very friendly and attentive guy at the beginning of the sale. But, he just sort of disappeared at intervals unexplained. For example, I wanted to test drive a Honda Fit. He goes off to get the keys and leaves me at his desk. He returns about 30 minutes later with the key to a car. Thirty minutes to get a key for a test drive? That should have told me something right there about how the place is run, but I continued onward anyways. Stupid me. After the test drive we sit down to "run the numbers" and agree upon a price. To his credit, Sean is not a high-pressure salesman and was friendly throughout the process. BUT, the instant I put down a deposit on a car, everything fell apart. I was informed that I'd be meeting with Hayden in finance to sign all the papers, explore what additional options I might want on the car, etc. Sounded fine. I waited at Sean's desk for an hour before getting antsy. Sean continued to check in on me and make sure I was still there, but it seemed out of his hands. He checked in on the finance office but to no avail. Another hour goes by and I'm still waiting, and Sean has disappeared so I start looking for him to figure out what's taking so long. He's vanished and has to be paged three times before he shows up another 30 minutes later. No explanation or apologies offered. I'm told they are doing everything they can to expedite the process but that there's only one financial officer and he's with a customer. I wait another hour before approaching the floor manager and say that I need to leave, that I've been here for over 4 hours now and I have somewhere to be. That I'd like to either cancel the sale or do paperwork another time, if at all. Finally this gets results. Miraculously the financial officer becomes available. I am pretty angry at this point and I just want to get out of there, so I sign all papers within a 5 minute span. No financials are explained, no options are given, there was no time for anything. We just signed everything incredibly fast, exchanged keys, and I left in my new car. End of story? NO. It gets worse. I have to return to Boch for my registration and inspection. I assume this will take about 30 minutes maximum...I mean it is a brand new car. What could go wrong? Well, Boch found a way to make it take another 5 hours. No joke. 5 hours for an inspection. I drop the car off to a very surly attendant at the service area who barks at me to leave my keys in the ignition, leave the registration on the seat, and wait in the lobby until I'm called. I do exactly that. TWO HOURS go by before I am approached by Sean, the sales associate who sold me the car. He explains that there has been a mix up and that's why this is taking so long. I was sold the wrong car. The car I've been driving around for a week and customizing to my whim is not my car. The attendant who pulled my car around at the time of the sale apparently took the wrong keys because of incorrect stock numbers on identical cars. He tells me not to worry, that I will be leaving today with an identical new car—the correct car with the correct vehicle identification number that I should have had in the first place, and that this car actually has less mileage on it—so isn't that a good thing? NO. I'm angry. I already cleaned out my old car and put everything in what I thought was my new car, customizing seat covers, radio stations, seat positions, etc. Now I have to do that to another new car today. Not to mention the fact that I had been driving around in an improperly insured vehicle for a week. I called my insurance agency and updated my policy with the VIN number on the paperwork to my car. If that was the wrong car, then I was driving an uninsured vehicle. So now I wait another 2 hours for the correct car to be brought into the shop, registered, inspected, detailed, cleaned, and given to me. At which time I then need to clean out the other car that I thought was mine. Once this process is finally done, I head home. It isn't until I get 30 minutes away that I realize they still have all of my other keys that were on the keyring to my "incorrect" car. I can't get into my house or into my office without them. Instead of turning around, I go to a nearby friends and call Boch asking about my keys. I'm told they will look for them and call me back. I never get a call back within a few hours, so I call again and get someone else who doesn't know what I'm talking about. It seemed like nobody was even asked to look for my keys. He assures me they will comb the shop looking for them. Still I hear nothing back. I call Sean and check in with him. He says to check my car and all my pockets because they don't have them. I assure him that I don't have them and that they were in the car that I was unexpectedly forced to abandon at the dealer today. I left them in the ignition at the time of inspection like I was asked to, and I haven't seen them since. He says he will call me back. I say no, and ask to speak to the manager on-site. He gives me the number of Gary Mackinlay and says to talk to him. I call the number, get no answer, so I leave an urgent message. No call back. I continue calling every 30 minutes or so and continue to get nobody. Finally around 7 pm when they are only open for another hour, I call the front desk at Boch and frantically explain my situation. They were unaware of it, of course, and promise to let me know when somebody finds my keys. At 7:45 pm they find my keys—Lord knows where—and even though they are about to close and I wouldn't be able to make it in time, they refuse to have someone bring them to me on their way home. Even though it was their error to begin with. I didn't lose my keys. I didn't buy the wrong car. So, my day ended at Boch Honda, like it began, dealing with them from 11:30 am to 8:15 pm when they opened the locked doors to hand me my house keys so I could finally go home. To add insult to injury, they have asked me to return the duplicate car key from the first car I was incorrectly sold and wasn't expecting to surrender at inspection and therefore didn't have with me at the time. Good luck getting that key back. I don't have all day to spend at Boch Honda again. I would also never return, never recommend it to a friend, and be sure to let others know to steer clear. More

We just leased a 2012 Crosstour and picked it up last night. By far, Boch Honda offered the BEST deal in town! For sale or lease, really, no one beats him! This is the second time we bought from Boch. I night. By far, Boch Honda offered the BEST deal in town! For sale or lease, really, no one beats him! This is the second time we bought from Boch. In 2004, we bought the Element and still driving and loving it! Boch has very friendly sales associates and they are very easy to work with. The advertised deals are definitely enough to get customers into the door. And the best deals in all of MA. Each time I go, I am surprise with the inventory availability and the straight forward pricing. My husband is a finance guy, he has punched numbers with every deal he sees and when it comes down to it, Boch has the most inventory and best prices. It is true what Ernie Boch Jr. says on commerical, he does pass the saving onto the customers. Overall, we are very happy with my new car and will always check with Boch for a deal! More
