In 2004, we bought the Element and still driving and loving it! Boch has very friendly sales associates and they are very easy to work with. The advertised deals are definitely enough to get customers into the door. And the best deals in all of MA. Each time I go, I am surprise with the inventory availability and the straight forward pricing. My husband is a finance guy, he has punched numbers with every deal he sees and when it comes down to it, Boch has the most inventory and best prices. It is true what Ernie Boch Jr. says on commerical, he does pass the saving onto the customers. Overall, we are very happy with my new car and will always check with Boch for a deal! More

This is the 3rd car we have bought from Boch Honda and everytime our experience has been great! Tom Rybak was our sales person and he was a great guy and answered every question we had and knew every deta everytime our experience has been great! He never once tried to pressure us to buy something else and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We were having a DVD player installed in the van so it wasn't the day we bought it. We live an hr and a half away and Tom drove the van to our home once the DVD was installed. By him doing that saved us from having to take a day off from work and was something that I'm sure most employees wouldn't do since we live so far away. Thanks again and we will definitely be back in again when we are ready to buy again! More

I have been a loyal Boch Honda customer for the past 7 years. Recently I made an appointment over the phone with Mike Barakat on 3/25/12 at Boch Honda dealership in Norwood, MA and came in same day to pur years. Recently I made an appointment over the phone with Mike Barakat on 3/25/12 at Boch Honda dealership in Norwood, MA and came in same day to purchase a New 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L w/RES for my wife and for our recent birth of our child. This is our 4th Honda in the last five years (2 for our family and 2 friends purchase) from Mike Barakat. As always, Mike is a professional and pleasant salesperson to deal with and that's why we kept coming back to him and to Boch Honda dealership in Norwood, MA. At first, we could not choose between the two color; Silver and White Honda Pilot and Mike made every effort to bring us to two lots where all the new cars are kept and showed all the available in-stock colors. I must admit that, I'm very picky and Mike was calmn and patience and he gave us all the time in the world to choose the perfect car that we wanted to purchase as well as his recommendation. We finally went to test drive the car in White but we decided to go with the Silver Honda Pilot. Afterward, we came back to the dealership and to struck a deal with several accessories that we wanted to add to the car. That didn't take long and the process was easy and Boch Honda gave us awesome deal unlike other dealer. All dealer pay close to same prices but Boch has the volume of cars available in-stock to choose at any given time can't be matched by other dealers. I have to agree that Boch Honda is truly a #1 Honda dealership and #1 in sales on the planet. We just took the delivery of our car from Mike yesterday, 3/28/12 and the car looked awesome. Mike took extra effort and his time to went back second time to wash/clean the car again before he gave me the keys due to I wasn't happy with the first cleaning. In conclusion, we want to thank both Mike Barakat and Hayden Ali whom we have dealt with in the past for their friendliness, pleasant and professional people who made us enjoyable experience with our purchase and we strongly recommend going to see Mike Barakat and Hayden Ali at Boch Honda in Norwood, MA. My husband is replacing his sedan and knows he wants a Honda Accord. He stopped by Boch Honda on a weekday to test drive one. He worked with Rik Turner (as it says on his b-card), and it was fine. I had just started a new job, and I'm working very long hours (lv hm at 6am, return at 9pm). Obviously the only time I could consider a test drive is on a weekend, when the rest of the world is car shopping. As it turned out, 2 weekends were holiday (Xmas and New Yrs), the next 2 w/e's I was away, the following w/e was a storm and my birthday (had other plans). I went the w/e after. Went into the dealership, which was packed - not even a place to park in the huge back lot (I had to park in front of the dumpster). Asked a salesperson for Rick. He pointed to Rick who was doing paperwork with a couple (clearly a sale). I asked the salesperson that I only needed to do a test drive, my husband was the one who would be finalizing the sale. Now I understand how sales work, and I know no salesperson would touch another salesperson's client, nor waste their time on a test drive with someone who wasn't going to buy from them. So I stood there....for a half an hour. There wasn't even a place for me to sit. I kept hearing bells and whistles over the intercome about yet another sale being made, and read all the signs around me about the BAZILLIONS of sales this dealership makes every year. I ran - did not walk - out of there. Clearly they do not need my business. We are eager to buy (in fact, we'll be replacing my car later this year as well = 2 Hondas we're looking to buy), and we are looking for another Honda dealer who knows how to manage customer flow. And for what it's worth, my husband had also gone into Boch's Toyota dealership next door when he was considering a Camry - said it was the worst customer experience he had ever had. The salesmen were absolutely awful to each other - very cut-throat, yelling at each other. He couldn't get out of there fast enough. Sorry, Mr. Boch - this is one family who won't be adding to your Empire. More
Amine Abad was a fantastic Sales Rep. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. After I bought it, he took the time to go through the Navigation and he programmed my cell phone address book into the car's phone directory, which made it so easy to drive off in my new 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour on Monday. Also, Amine called to check on how the car was driving and had my registration ready in less than 2 days - you can't beat that customer service! I plan to refer any family and friends to Amine that might be looking for a new or used Honda. Desiree Merola, in Financing, made the paper work quick and simple. Very hostile treatment I got by Boch Honda today when I visited the showroom in Norwood to buy Honda Odyssey. I don't know the name of the person I interacted but I was working with John D McMahan who is i visited the showroom in Norwood to buy Honda Odyssey. I don't know the name of the person I interacted but I was working with John D McMahan who is internet sales person and when I visited the dealership, he introduced to me another gentleman and he brought another "very rude" person. He was the same person I interacted around 2 years ago and that time also he misbehaved. He cracks very insulting joke on you thinking they are humorous. I thought it was just a person and wanted to give Boch Honda second chance today; but unfortunately I hit the same ‘rude person’ again there and he was equally unfriendly and insulting this time as well. The way he interacted with me for 30 seconds was completely unwelcomed and unfriendly; he just delivered his speech in 30 seconds and left the conversation in very insulting manner. He simply didn’t want to have the conversation as if he was in rush to go home for Xmas eve. I can never ever recommend Boch Honda to any of my friends. More
