Two weeks ago I went to Boch Honda where I had bought my 2003 Honda Accord Coupe new, eight years before, to register a complaint about a problem with the printed circuit board which illuminates the panel t 2003 Honda Accord Coupe new, eight years before, to register a complaint about a problem with the printed circuit board which illuminates the panel that displays the HVAC,radio,disc changer,and clock etc. There had been a service bulletin that had expired but Sean De Silva a Service Consultant, worked with me to resolve the the issue which resulted in Boch Honda replacing the circuit board at no cost to me, for parts or labor. He was very professional and courteous and I feel that Boch Honda is very fortunate to have him on their staff. Ron Glaser More

My experience with Sean Da Silva in the service department was great. I had to bring my 2011 Honda Accord Coupe in for a noise on the passenger side of the car. I had an appointment to look at a used 08 Accord. They set me up with Tom right away and had the car up front and ready to go. I got a good number on the value of my trade-in and we got everything taken care of in a matter of hours. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable with Tom and he made the experience painless and actually fun! It took a little longer than expected to get the car detailed, so Tom asked me to come back in a few days when the registration came in and they would rebuff the exterior, do the inspection sticker and fill the gas tank (again). I've already recommended people to look at Boch Honda and try to work with Tom if they are looking for a car. Great experience. More

My husband and I were looking for an SUV that was more reliable, more comfortable and safer than my older Honda Civic.
