I went to Boch Honda to purchase a used car. Now let me preface this with the fact that I have two young children. Not only did the kids come with us for the test drive (this way both of us were able to go on the drive) But Gary helped put in the boosters. When it came time to get the pricing of the car Gary was very forthcoming with the amounts in question as well as the amount that we were able to get for our trade. Mark came in to help solidify the deal and was also very friendly and helpful. Because of this experience I would and have recommended my friends and I also would go back to see Gary to purchase another vehicle when the time comes. More

I met Chris Gaudreau on the sales floor and he immediately made me feel comfortable with his friendly personality. We got down to business and went over my options and then went for a test drive. Chris is very thorough and explained all the details very easily, never putting any pressure on me that you feel at some dealerships. We were able to stike a deal rather easily and i walked away a very happy man knowing that i got a great deal from a great establishment. I drove home in a new 2012 Honda Civic today that I purchased from Boch Honda. The people at Boch are all nice and easy to work with. Amine Abad is our sales rep. I had originally called Boch less than a week ago on news from my mechanic that my 1996 Civic was no longer safe to drive. I had spoken with Chris on that first call to Boch and we made plans for an appointment to come into the dealership on the weekend. That same afternoon I got a call from Chris to see if I could come in that evening. I brought my wife and two kids down to Boch Honda. We looked at a couple Civics as my wife didn't like the color of the first car that was shown to us. Amine politely worked with us re-select another car based on the colors available for the 2012 Civic that were in the inventory. I test drove the color my wife wanted while she stayed at the dealership with the kids. There is a great playroom there for children. Then we wrapped up the financing with Bobby and Desire in finance. I truly believe that I would not have a new car right now given my credit score had it not been for Bobby, Paul, Desire, and Amine. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. I recommend anyone to shop for their next car at Boch. The people there are fabulous and they treat their customers with the utmost respect and courtesy. He was very knowledgable of all vehicles and helpful. Amine Abad was very friendly and personable. He was in no way your typical sales guy. I never felt pressure to purchase a vehicle from him. I have already recommended Amine and Boch Honda to a family member who is also searching for a new vehicle. I came into Boch a few months ago looking for a used Honda Accord or Civic. Alberto Heredia kindly approached me and assisted me with what I was looking for. Instantly, I did not feel any pressure from him as most associates at dealerships make me feel. He took his time with me and quickly narrowed my options at the same time. I told Alberto that I had no intent of purchasing any vehicles that day, and still I received the same quality of service from him. He offered me his business card if I had any questions and went above and beyond to help me find a car that matched my price range. Upon my second visit, I was approached by John D. Again, I had the same positive experience with him as I did with Alberto. John was very helpful and knowledgeable about my specifications for a car. Although I came in on a busy day, I did not feel rushed by him at all. I cannot speak for the other associates at Boch, but due to my experience with both Alberto H. and John D., I am sure everyone there is just as helpful, friendly, and genuine. I highly recommend Boch Honda in Norwood as it is by far the BEST dealership I have ever gone into! More
