Not only did Tom handle all the paperwork for me, he went out of his way to meet my husband for a signature. I hear lots of nightmare stories from my customer but I didn't have anything but good from Boch. No shady dealings, no answers just to make me happy. Straight talk. My wife and I had previously leased a Honda Pilot from Boch, and as our lease was coming due decided to test drive the 2012 Pilot this past Sunday (with all 3 young boys in tow). We were met at the door by Jose Mendes, who in a very friendly and helpful manner listened to our objectives and concerns, and then went to work on several solutions. Within an hour we had agreed to a new Pliot lease, for approximately the same monthly payment as our older model, with the only money out of pocket being the first paayment plus incidentals. Finance Manager Hayden Ali, working with Boch Advisor Tom Grover, quickly arranged for acceptable financial terms. My wife then drove home that afternoon with a new Pilot, for 2008 dollars. I had such a good experience working with Jose and his Team that we spent the next 1.5 hours working on trading my 2003 Pilot in for the 2010 Honda CrossTour. I too drove home in a new car. When I went into Bochum Hond I didn't know what to expect. Alberto greeted me at the door and asked if he could help right away, I said I was looking for a new civic, he said okay let's have a seat. I proceeds to tell him the color I wanted and he saidwe have one, so I test drove it and loved it! We worked out the price, then I waited only a short time to get into finance where I met Desiree. She told me my price, payments, and went over a few things I could buy. At no time did feel pressure from anyone they were all very helpful, even the receptionists Melissa & karen... I will defiantly recommend Bochum Honda to my family & friends. This is my first Honda, and I love it!! More
