I had gone to two dealers before Boch. First off I got the price I wanted but most important was the way they went above and beyond for me. Attn: Veterans! I waited 30 days for my disabled veterans plates to come from the registry and because the wrong form was filled out I had another thirty days to wait. I thought I would get pressure to get the car off their lot but got no hassels from them. Darnell Younge was my Internet Sales Associate and he was very responsive and clear when I asked questions (especially about what costs are included in what...like destination, document fees etc. All the stuff they can slip in at the last minute if you aren't aware). They even offered to pick me up from my house and take me to the dealership since I didn't have a car of my own. I have been going to Boch for all my service on my Honda Ridgeline. The service has been prompt and friendly. Tom was one of the best service writers so far.
