I was in the market for a sub-compact car and I went into Honda to check out the Fit. Brian Taylor was very helpful and took my husband and I on a test drive. I was really worried I was going to get upset because we had been to many other dealerships were the people were very very rude. We did our negotiations through email but came back to meet with Brian after a price was decided. He helped us make the deal and wasn't pushy about anything. The only disappointing thing I will say about this dealership was the finance department gave me a hard time because I had my own loan. In the end they let me use it I just think it could have been handled a little better. More

I have been looking for a car over the past few months. The no pressure sales is what truly did it for me. Jose Mendes is a very honest person and I felt like I could trust him, I feel the car dealerships could use more guys like him. When I arrived home later on the day of the sale I had a question for Jose, when I called him he was helpful and called me back later that evening to make sure everything worked out O.K. thats what I call great service. Overall my experience at Boch Honda was excellent. I also had the pleasure of working with Marlon Pina in finance who was great, and although I never met him in person Andrew Watts the sales manager that set everything up for me over the phone really followed through with the deal he set up for me. In closing all I can say is I hope that Boch will have these kind of people on staff when I buy my next car. More

first BAD experience at Boch. Left car at 11:30 AM and it was NOT ready at 4:45 PM. No call and I stopped in twice during the day. I was very disappointed in my service tech. I was told my car was put to the was NOT ready at 4:45 PM. No call and I stopped in twice during the day. I was very disappointed in my service tech. I was told my car was put to the side because service tech had to go and work on ANOTHER car. Another tech overheard situation and took charge. He made arrangements for a rental for me and calmed me down and was very appologetic for the delay. If not for this I would not be returning to Boch. Thank you to Mr DeSilva. I love my CRV and want to continu with Boch where this has been the one and only bad experience. More

Very professional and very courtious service. Everytime I go into the dealership and Sean is there, he always goes out of his way to make me feel that he really cares about my needs: for example: Do I need a go into the dealership and Sean is there, he always goes out of his way to make me feel that he really cares about my needs: for example: Do I need a ride to my office ( I work near the dealership), he just askes me what I need in the way of service and takes care of everything else - I hand him the keys and calls me when it is ready. It was a monday night, our only day off, and my husband decided to go to different dealerships to buy us a new car. After all day talking with different representatives, we were tired, but Patrick did a ve decided to go to different dealerships to buy us a new car. After my car was 1 day old, I got a flat tire!!! But I called them right away, and they did a very nice job replacing it, no questions asked, quick and no cost! It was impresive! Thank you guys! We began the purchase of our car online. Andrew Watts, the online manager, responded to several of my emails in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. We could tell that he cared about meeting our needs. He gave us a favorable price in an email and asked us to come down so Boch could value our trade. When we arrived, we were met by Erik Turner, our salesman. He was professional and knowledgable. The appraisal process was handled quickly and fairly. We were presented with the exact sale price we had discussed in our emails and were given a fair price for our trade. The whole deal took less that 45 minutes. We then went to talk to the business manager, Hayden Ali. Hayden was a also professional and knowledgable. He knew what he was selling and presented his extras quickly and with no high pressure. We appreciated that. We bought the extras we wanted got the best interest rate offered for our financing. No one played the games so typical of the car buying process. We were out in about 1 1/2 hours. Our new car was ready for pick up earlier than promised. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have had and we recommend Boch, Andrew, Ric and Hayden to all. More
