I have purchased many new automobiles in my lifetime. Tom Rybak was the most concerned and caring sales consultant I have ever dealt with. Without going into alot of detail, I had initially selected a 2011 CrossTour with an EX trim during the late afternoon on Saturday. Tom and I agreed that he would have it ready and I would pick it up Sunday morning. Later that night on Saturday, I had 5 messages on my cell from Tom, who finally reached me at my home phone to tell me there was roof/body damage to the model I had selected (which Tom nor I saw due to all of the pollen and dust/dirt on the roof - anyone would have missed it). Needleass to say, I was still upset, but not with Tom or Boch. Upon my inspection Sunday morning, I decided not to purchase this damaged model and selected another Crosstour, a 2010 EXL. Needless to say, Tom Rybak and Hadin, one of the Business Mgrs, went above and beyond to make my deal on the uppgraded CrossTour a very fair one for me. In less than two hours, Tom and Hadin had all of the paperwork changed and prepared for the second CrossTour I chose and had the vehicle prepared and ready as well for me! I took delivery in less than two hours when I thought I would be there for at least 3 or 4! Thank You Tom Rybak, Hadin and BOCH! What a great experience and service recovery provided by your team! Now, the "sales manager" who came over to "close" or whatever after we decided not to buy was rude, and classless. He must have no idea what the words Customer Service mean. After about four or five times saying no thank you, were leaving now, he finally let us go. Overall, I say buy American and stay away from Boch Honda. More

My meeting with Marlon went very smooth and he took great care to walk me through the entire financing process. He presented to me all my options and helped me select an option that worked best for me! Lastly, I certainly appreciated the oversight of Howie, the sales manager in providing me with utmost customer service; they were all very cordial and made my first vehicle purchasing experiencing a fantastic one! While I cannot guarantee that everyone else at Boch Honda is this remarkable- I can promise that if you work with Alberto Heredia (in sales) and Hayden Ali (in financing), you will have a wonderful experience. I went to Boch Honda with my 13 -ear-old daughter a few weeks ago, and prepared myself for an aggressive used car salesman. You can imagine how surprised and pleased I was to meet a courteous young gentleman who is such a genuine and lovely human being- that he made our used car purchase a stress-free, worry-free, FUN and simple process. When I came back a few days later to work out the financing details, I told Alberto that I had no interest in being sold a warranty, etc- I just wanted to sign my paperwork and get back to work. Again- when I was introduced to Hayden in the financing department- I met another wonderful human being who worked very hard to ensure that we had exactly what we needed for exactly the price we had agreed to. Hayden and I learned that we share a similar personal history concerning cancer, and again, I was struck by what decent and friendly people work at this dealership. At one point we hit a stumbling block in getting the paperwork in order, and I wasn't able to take the car home the day I planned to. Alberto immediately arranged a free rental for me for 3 days, and when everything was ready, he drove 70 miles to deliver our new car to my driveway and drove the rental back to Norwoodl. When he drove away after posing for a quick picture with my daughter and the new car, my daughter said, "You know, we really DID get everything we were looking for...we got the car we wanted AND two new friends!" Who could ask for more? I would encourage you to seek out these two gentlemen if you go to this dealership. But please don't go in with your guns drawn- you really don't need to...if you walk in with an open mind and a friendly heart- you will walk away as happy and surprised as I was.
