My wife and I visited Boch Honda in late March looking for a preowned crv. We stopped in on a Saturday late in the afternoon just to look around and see what they had. This was when we met Isaac. He was very knowledgable and surprisingly low pressure when we said that we didn't have much time and simply wanted to look. He showed us a few cars in the showroom and in the lot behind the building and answered every one of our questions before we took his card. That night we decided that we wanted to do business with Isaac and with Boch. We came back the next day and asked for Isaac and he helped us purchase a very clean certified crv ex in light blue, which we saw online the night before. It was very easy and we got to drive the car home that night by transferring the plates from our trade-in. It was a great experience and I will reccoment Isaac and Boch to all of my friends. More

I was most impressed with the finance guy, Marlin, he went the extra mile and got me a better rate than promised the day before so I had to sign the paperwork again, unfortunately my husband was not there to sign as well so instead of having him drive down to the dealer, they had an employee follow me back to my house to have him sign- now that is service! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Honda, buying a new vehicle was completely painless at this dealership & I had a good experience. Thank you! More

Be weary of brake jobs and tire replacement - demand to see them first before authorizing the work. I went in for noise coming from front right hand side when in motion and after 4 hours left with all new see them first before authorizing the work. I went in for noise coming from front right hand side when in motion and after 4 hours left with all new brake pads, rear rotor replacement, 2 new front tires, and a bill for $1,300. My car had 35K miles on it and the new tires on the front doesn't look any different from the old ones in the back. And the noise - yeah it's still there, and I now have to waste another weekend bringing the car back, not sure if this is a wise move... and subject myself to be bamboozled again. More

Gary went above and beyond to earn my business and he was nothing but polite and respectful and n employee at Boch Honda... His name was Gary Lee!!! I almost pruchased my car at Atamian but Gary was able to match my price quoted from there and I bought from Boch for now the 3rd time. It would have been more convenient to buy from Atamian just because they are 5 minutes from home where you are 45 minutes away but Gary really earned my business and I would love to work with him again when I buy my next new Honda!!! Chris's calm demeanor and sense of humor helped make the overall process a low pressure and positive experience. The sales staff at Boch Honda was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Compared to other dealers in the area they were a welcome change to the high pressure atmosphere of most dealers. First time buying a brand new car. The process was quick, enjoyable, professional and quite frankly, not the least bit painful. My office is 1/4 mile from your new store, Boch Honda West, and I will most certainly recommend Boch Honda to friends and co-workers when the opportunity arises. Have to say it was very nice that Amine delivered the car to New Hampshire, saving us the additional time to drive (1.5 hrs each way) back to pick up the car. All in all very nice. In regards to the question below, what information we wish we had, the website and prior phone calls to the dealership provided all the information we needed. Not asked, but the reason we went to Boch Honda was due to the information provided from the TV ads that my father-in-law saw and told us about. More

I'm middle aged and I never bought a new car before. Boch was the third dealership I went to and where I bought my Honda Fit Sport. I wanted to drive the actual car that I would buy and the salesman Lenny drove us to the storage lot to get the blue one so I could test drive it on the way back to the showroom. Lenny understood that I had done my homework about the car and that I was an experienced driver, however, he showed me several important things about the car and taught me how to use the "paddle shifters". Although there wasn't much room to negotiate on the price given the earthquake and tsunami in Japan I feel that I paid a fair price. All the staff who worked in sales, finance and reception were friendly and responsive. They helped with my insurance company and the financing so I could drive home in my new car that day! I highly recommend Boch Honda and Lenny Shaul. More
