I think we should change the review structure. When we buy a car now, in addition to the sales person, we also have to deal with the business manager (the person who actually has an office)after a deal is buy a car now, in addition to the sales person, we also have to deal with the business manager (the person who actually has an office)after a deal is done on a car. My experience with the sales person (Chris Gaudreau) is excellent. But I do not like the experience with the the business manager (Brad Swartz) at all. I originally went into the dealership with the intent of simply test driving a car, however, I walked out of there having just purchasing my first ever new car. Mike did a fantastic job of helping me figure simply test driving a car, however, I walked out of there having just purchasing my first ever new car. Mike did a fantastic job of helping me figure out which car was most suited to my needs and worked with me so that I could afford the car with reasonable car payments each month (this was HUGE for me as I am a recent grad with lots of student loans). He was very patient with me as a deliberated over my options and put no pressure on me to buy the car. He was a great salesman, very friendly - he even treated me to lunch after the sale was finalized. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Honda. More
