First of all I would like to mention the fact that this was my first experience with buying a car so I was definitely very intimidated upon my arrival. I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect, but was my first experience with buying a car so I was definitely very intimidated upon my arrival. I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect, but the staff at Boch Honda were very friendly and informative. They definitely took the fear out of buying a new car (especially for a first timer). The sales rep whom I worked with was John DeBronzo and he was very nice and attentive. I told him what I was looking for and the price range I was trying to stay in and he made sure to help me with all of that. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and answered all and any of my questions in full detail. I obviously had alot of questions being someone who did not have any idea what they was doing and he explained everything really well. He answered all my questions whether it was about the car itself, the process of buying and obtaining the car, and the options I had for purchasing the car. He helped me find the perfect car for me and the best option for buying the car. Overall he did a fantastic job, matter a fact he did such a great job that I'm worried if I were to ever buy a car from anywhere or anyone else I would be extremely let down by their level of performance, whether with the sales rep or the dealership. I gave a rating of great for almost everything above because my experience was truely great. The only reason I put a rating for price as good is because I mean who wouldn't want to spend less money, right?
