First of all I would like to mention the fact that this was my first experience with buying a car so I was definitely very intimidated upon my arrival. I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect, but was my first experience with buying a car so I was definitely very intimidated upon my arrival. I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect, but the staff at Boch Honda were very friendly and informative. They definitely took the fear out of buying a new car (especially for a first timer). The sales rep whom I worked with was John DeBronzo and he was very nice and attentive. I told him what I was looking for and the price range I was trying to stay in and he made sure to help me with all of that. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and answered all and any of my questions in full detail. I obviously had alot of questions being someone who did not have any idea what they was doing and he explained everything really well. He answered all my questions whether it was about the car itself, the process of buying and obtaining the car, and the options I had for purchasing the car. He helped me find the perfect car for me and the best option for buying the car. Overall he did a fantastic job, matter a fact he did such a great job that I'm worried if I were to ever buy a car from anywhere or anyone else I would be extremely let down by their level of performance, whether with the sales rep or the dealership. I gave a rating of great for almost everything above because my experience was truely great. The only reason I put a rating for price as good is because I mean who wouldn't want to spend less money, right? All in all, I was very satisfied with my overall experience at Boch Honda and I was extrememly satisifed with my sales rep John. Thank you John/Boch Honda! Keep up the great work! More

I found my sales consultant and the woman in financing to be very friendly and helpful. The sales process was fairly smooth (considering it was in the middle of a blizzard and they were trying to close the d be very friendly and helpful. There was one part of the experience, however, that left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The person who decides the final sale price/trade-in value of the cars was abrasive and rude to the couple trying to buy a car at the next desk over. He yelled at them with a lot of arm waving and gestures. Generally, he made me dread when it was my turn to negotiate. He's here to sell a car. I want to buy one. At no point should either of us have to yell at each other. Aside from that small encounter, Boch Honda was a good place to do business. More

From meeting Alberto, to Karen the receptionist, to the financial advisor, to ringing the bell when I actually bought the car,,,,I cannot say enough!! I returned the next day to bring the title in from my trade, and was greeted in the parking lot with a big smile from Alberto, When I entered the lobby, Karen the receptionist even knew my first name!
