I found my sales consultant and the woman in financing to be very friendly and helpful. The sales process was fairly smooth (considering it was in the middle of a blizzard and they were trying to close the d be very friendly and helpful. There was one part of the experience, however, that left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The person who decides the final sale price/trade-in value of the cars was abrasive and rude to the couple trying to buy a car at the next desk over. He yelled at them with a lot of arm waving and gestures. Generally, he made me dread when it was my turn to negotiate. He's here to sell a car. I want to buy one. At no point should either of us have to yell at each other. Aside from that small encounter, Boch Honda was a good place to do business. More

We told Tom Rybac everything that we wanted and he made it happen. Tom Rybac took the time to show us the car and was very knowledgeable about the car my wife and I leased. Boch Honda was also very fair when it came to trading my vehicle in and the whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Tom Rybac even gave me his personal cell phone which is rare so that I could contact him with any questions throughout the process. My experience with Tom Rybac and Boch Honda was great and I would have no problem referring anyone to either Tom Rybac or Boch Honda. Thanks for the great experience. More
This was my second experience purchasing a new car from Boch Honda in the past three years. My sales associate Amine Abad really knew the product and made the process quick and painless. Plus, nobody could touch Boch's price! I got the car I wanted for the price/payments I could afford. I would recommend Boch Honda to anyone who is thinking or purchasing or leasing a new Honda. Big thanks to Boch Honda and especially my sales representative Amine Abad. Having Alberto as a salesperson for my new Honda was definitely an asset! I was originally planning on purchasing a Toyota Camry, and decided to just "browse" at the Honda dealer, 5 hours later, I was a proud owner of a Honda CRV.. From meeting Alberto, to Karen the receptionist, to the financial advisor, to ringing the bell when I actually bought the car,,,,I cannot say enough!! I returned the next day to bring the title in from my trade, and was greeted in the parking lot with a big smile from Alberto, When I entered the lobby, Karen the receptionist even knew my first name! I highly recommend this dealership to all, along with the wonderful salesperson I was fortunate to meet,,,Thank you Boch Honda and ALberto Heredia! More
I requested a quote from this dealership and they did give a reasonable one (not the best but quite good). I walked into test drive the car and the sales agent whom i spoke was probably not free but some give a reasonable one (not the best but quite good). I walked into test drive the car and the sales agent whom i spoke was probably not free but someone else was helped us out. First off, this sales agent kept tossing us from one desk to the other, probably coz he had no desk of his own. Secondly he wasnt giving a lot of info about the car at all and did not seem sure when i asked pin-pointed questions around the features of the car. Finally if when i told him i had a slightly lower budget (it wasnt way off but a difference of <2k and flexible) and wanted to see if they could do better, he started giving me examples as to why he wont. He went to the extent of saying if i asked him the car for 15K he would give it. It wasn't like i was begging. He really offended us. He could have just said clearly that thats the best deal they could softly. I could probably have bought the car coz i did like it. They lost a customer and im pretty sure i wont recommend such a dealership that does not appreciate business. They might be good at service and the best dealer but i wasnt happy with the salesperson treated us. also on the first visit their reception staff would not even move their heads out of their computers or greet us when we asked for an appointment.
