As a first time car buyer, I was looking forward to the experience. From the moment that I sat down with Peter, it went downhill very quickly. First, he did NOT introduce himself or even ask my name. The only reason I knew his name was by looking at his name tag. There was no attempt from him at any friendly conversation -he simply got a piece of paper and started asking me about what I'm looking for. Second, even after I told him what kind of car I was interested in looking at, he kept asking me questions that I already answered (more than once or twice). He did not write anything down which is probably why he kept asking me. After finally finding the EXACT car I was looking for (one that I could not find at another dealership), I test drove it. While in the car, he didn't say anything about the car. We went not even a mile down Route 1, turned around and came back. Although that was the car I wanted and have been looking for - I walked away because of the customer service. I could have gone to a different salesman, but after I told him that it was not going to work, he went to get his manager. To make matters worse, his manager was just as bad. He told me to go back to the dealership where I got my current car and see if they can help me. I felt disrespected and belittled. I will NEVER go back nor recommend that dealership to anyone that I know. It was the worst, first experience in going to Boch Honda. More
Biff is the best salesman I have dealt with in all my years of buying cars (40 years). He is articulate, focuses on the important aspects of the car and then eases you into a discussion about buying the years of buying cars (40 years). What started out as a "let's go look at cars", turned out to be a very pleasant buying experience. We had visited a few other dealerships this day and found the folks at Boch Honda to be just grea turned out to be a very pleasant buying experience. He was too! Tom Rybak was terrific. He wasn't the typical what you think you're gonna get for a car salesperson. He was very a tuned to what my wife wanted in a car after driving the Cross Tour, we were sold. Tom's knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding, and so was his sense of humor. My sides still ache from some of the banter. We met with Billy Almon and had a chance to work up a good deal on our trade, a mecedes SLK 350, which I didn't want to sell, but my wife won out(as usual). Billy and I swapped car talk, his Porche and my TR-6, which I'm going to bring down to the dealership to show him, once the weather gets better. I want to see his Porche too! Next we met with Hayden Ali. I hope he has recovered from the whirlwind of The President's Day Sales Event. The poor guy was going 100 MPH with all the deals that were going on. Even with everything that was going on, Hayden took the time to make us feel special in every aspect of dealing with him with what we had to do to buy this car. Throughout the whole process, Karen continued to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and kept us updated on the progress of the process of buying a new car. I was shopping for a new car and tried to figure out pricing and value my trade in from home. I called into Boch and some other dealerships to get some numbers. Some places were offering the car I was pricing and value my trade in from home. I called into Boch and some other dealerships to get some numbers. Some places were offering the car I was interested in for thousands below MSRP, and googling prices for what people paid, I knew the price I wanted. (EVERYONE SHOULD SEARCH PRICES PAID by other people). Anyways, they told me to come in because they could do better on my trade in than was being offered elsewhere. I got there, knowing what I wanted. It took 2 hours for everything to take place, with tons of employees standing around and nothing doing anything. Anyways, not only were they trying to convince me that I should pay MSRP because that's what they sell for, they were trying to low ball me on my trade. I told them that on the phone I was told I could get more on my trade. Total B.S. They said they were sorry I was told that and for wasting my time. 2 hours, no test drive, just putting an offer and being told MSRP. This place stinks of sleazeballs and I will definitely take my business down the street to PRIME who gave me a much better experience. More

I Purchased a Vehicle Service Agreement at Boch Honda on a Odyssey,I was told that when the Timing Belt was dew to be Changed it was Covered under under the Service Agreement. I Called Boch Honda when it was dew and they told me it was not Covered They Lied to me about the Timing Belt just to sell me the Vehicle Agreement that’s the only Reason I purchased the Agreement.I would not by a car from Boch Honda also when I Picked the car up after buying it the Carpets were saturated with Water they had to be Removed and Hung out to Dry for a week.
