It was such a pleasure to work with Amine and Kevin over our two visits to Boch Honda. Amine was exceptionally nice, went above and beyond and just made this experience that much nicer. We all know that the experience of purchasing the car can be very taxing on you, so when you work with a great personal it puts you at ease and makes it that much better. First time when we came to this dealership we worked with Kevin who was very pleasant, thorough and showed us three vehicles as requested. We were not ready to make a decision that day and he was understanding. When we did returned two days later Kevin was not in, but picked up his cell phone and said that his team will take care of us and he just wish us to find what we are looking for. Second time around our salesman was Amine, who we were very impressed with. His attention to details, patience and attitude were great. It was so cold outside, the car we wanted to see was not easily located and he did everything he could to make it happened. Three hours later the deal was done with the help of Billy Almon - Sales Manager, who was able to meet our price and closed the deal. Then we met with Haiden - Sales Manager: Finance, who was such a great personality. It was very late after 9:30pm we all were basically closing dealership, but his sense of humor was outstanding, he worked fast, and all numbers came in as promised with no surprises. When we came to pick up the car two days later it was all ready for us. Amine spend close to 1.5 hour to go over the important safety information, warranties, main signs on the dash board we should know about, service etc. and then when we went to the car did the same in the vehicle. He did preprogram the radio stations he thought we would be interested in, set up the speaker distribution etc. We purchased fair amount of cars in the past and never had such a great experience with the salesman! We would recommend this dealership and especially people who we worked with, with no hesitation. More

Three days ago I purchased the first new car of my life from Boch Honda, a 2011 CR-V. Peter Johnston, my sales consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Before visiting Boch Honda, I had determ from Boch Honda, a 2011 CR-V. Peter Johnston, my sales consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Before visiting Boch Honda, I had determined via internet the exact vehicle, color, and options I wanted. I found only 5 vehicles in eastern Massachusetts that matched my criteria, and 4 of those 5 were on the lot at Boch Honda! Boch Honda gave me a competitive price quote via email, so I "came on down" for a test drive. I had already liked the price quote, and I also liked the vehicle during the test drive. So I told Peter I would buy the vehicle as long as no additional "surprise" charges were sprung on me during the remainder of the buying process. And there were not. The original email price quote proved to be honest and complete. And even after I had committed to buying and had signed the contract, Peter and employees in other relevant departments continued to hustle for me in order to register my new CR-V at Boch's own in-house registry before it closed for the MLK holiday weekend. Because of Peter Johnston's extra effort, I was able to drive away in my new CR-V four days earlier. Kudo's also to John McMahan who was attentive to me via email and telephone. And also to Eric in the finance department, who explained things thoroughly to me, but did not harass or try to pressure me into purchasing any additional benefit packages that were not necessary for my particular situation. Hi, I want to state that Sean's service was exceptional. Hi, I want to state that Sean's service was exceptional. We brought brought both of our cars in and our Pilot needed service. We had our baby w/us, Hi, I want to state that Sean's service was exceptional. We brought brought both of our cars in and our Pilot needed service. We had our baby w/us, and Sean stepped up and took care of us. We dropped the car of on a Saturday night and he called Sunday morning to tell us that the car was ready. Sean's service was excellent. The issues that we had with the car are the following: - A rattle in the front of the dash - this was not fixed. They could not replicate the problem - this could have been done if taken on a bumpier road. I have addressed this myself w/adding a little foam and tucked it in between the dash and windshield by the VIN number. - Speaker issue - this is still an issue. They tried to fix it, but it still sounds like crap at times. Very disappointed that it still does this - wouldn't expect it out of a Pilot. - Driver Seat squeak - something was broken in the seat, and it was fixed properly and there have been no issues since. I want to emphasize that Sean was great. Sean is a great employee and take good care of him because he takes care of his customers. The reason why I would not recommend Boch Honda is because the sales process absolutely SUCKED. Amine was the worst sales person that I have ever dealt with. Best price, but that is the only thing that was best. 7 hours to buy a car when price was agreed on in the first hour when we had our baby w/us? Car was ready to go when I went to pick it up - not really, had to come back the following Saturday to get it inspected. Amine called four times to tell me it was ready. He also started to get testy and impatient when we were asking questions - this was close to a deal breaker. This is not how you get repeat business. I will be in the market to buy a new Accord in the next couple of years, and I am 99% sure that I will not be buying from Boch. Again, I want to say that I was impressed with Sean, but not overly impressed by the work done. More
