On the first contact (phone) I got a better price then any other dealer in the area. When I arrived at the dealership my transaction was handled in a timely manner (very little wait until the person that any other dealer in the area. All my questioned were answered without digressions, no attempt was made to trick me into anything. The team actually made extra effort to smooth out the tags transfer, which involved talking directly to my insurance a few times in order to achieve the necessary upgrades. The worst things I can say about the experience are: 1. They only realized that they miss the certificate of origin on the car I was going to buy when almost everything was ready (including the car perparation), but they fixed the issue quickly by providing another identical car (except for the VIN of course which lead to redoing the paperwork). 2. Preparing the car for delivery after the transaction was done took about 2 hours, which I found excessive. More
