i was very disappointed in the cost of the repair which has nothing to do with the service consultant (sean de silva), but probably the vehicle itself. i think $140 per hour and $33 for bag of cheap plast has nothing to do with the service consultant (sean de silva), but probably the vehicle itself. i think $140 per hour and $33 for bag of cheap plastic screws is absolutely ridiculous. i expected to pay about $25 for the repair and i left with an $89 bill. crazy. however - i did receive some service advice and received a free inspection of my vehicle which was done very thoroughly. your quote for a timing belt was $975 - i can have a local guy do it for about $500 and that also includes the water pump (not sure if the $975 also included the water pump - i did not ask). and i did enjoy the internet, coffee and danish. it is aways a very pleasant experience - but it just costs too much to keep coming back for routine service - i am sorry. i have had bad experience over the years and have found them very expensive. More

All I can say is WOW! This being my 6th purchase from this dealership in the past 7 years says a lot. What says a lot more is the staff at Boch Honda. My sales person Alberto Heredia was so friendly, professional and patience with me it was unbelievable. It took me weeks to decide what car to buy and he let me test drive multiple cars. He wanted to make sure I was 150% satisfied. I probably spent over 12 hours with Alberto, but that did not mater to him as he is more concerned about pleasing his customers than anything else. Next, I had the pleasure to deal with Brad Swartz in financing. Brad is very laid back, professional, and caring. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my rate and options on my new car. He explained everything about the financing of my new car. The next day, I had an personal issue with my new car and Chris Habib, the Business Development Manager helped me from A to Z to make sure that I was put into the correct vehicle. He has spent weeks with me over the phone and in person. What a great asset to Boch Honda. Chris should be a trainer for other Honda dealerships. Finally, Rick Turner had to assist me as my original sales person had the day off when I had an issue with my new car. I was very nervous and stressed out. Marc was the most laid back and resonable salesperson I have ever dealt with. I have actually bought cars from Boch before, but in the past I've found the atmosphere to be pushy. I drive a 2008 Honda Civic. When I brought it in for a routine oil change, its mileage was just under 54,000. I've had the same tires on the car since I bought it new at the end of 2007 and figured, with routine oil change, its mileage was just under 54,000. I've had the same tires on the car since I bought it new at the end of 2007 and figured, with the winter coming, now would be the right time to get them replaced. I told Sean and he made sure the right tires were in stock. While I was waiting for my car to be done, Sean came and got me and told me that we had to talk. He brought me out to the garage where my car was raised and being inspected. He told me that I did not need new tires at this time and explained/showed my why in detail. Unfortunately, I forget the technician's name but he was very friendly too. They could have easily put on the tires as I asked but instead they were honest. Also, Sean, sensing my desire to get my car ready for the winter, asked the technician to give it a full inspection and let him know if it had any issues. It was quite easy to see that Sean cares deeply about his customers, his work and his integrity. I hope to get him next time I bring my car in for service. More

When the wife and I stopped at Boch Honda last weekend it was mainly to see how many used Odyssey's they had on the lot, what condition they were in, and what kind of prices they were asking. Alberto was assigned the job of showing us around, and giving us all the information we needed and requested. He was terrific!! Warm and friendly with a great sense of humor, he made the process most enjoyable. Neither the wife nor I have had very good dealings with used car dealers in the past, so it came as a surprise that he was as laid back, easy going, and without the slightest hint of pressure. When he came up with a price that we felt was fair and reasonable, we figured there was no point of looking elsewhere. We were sold on the car, a 2010 Odyssey EX-L, and especially the manner in which Alberto presented the deal. It was really painless, and we couldn't be happier with what we bought.
