Many people told me there will be a lot of headache when you deal with car dealers. However, it turned out to be a pleasant experience when we bought a pre-owned Honda Accord at Boch. Scott is so friendly a you deal with car dealers. However, it turned out to be a pleasant experience when we bought a pre-owned Honda Accord at Boch. Scott is so friendly and very patient to show me several cars that I am interested in through online searching. Negotiation of price is kind of back and forth thing, but we are very satisfied with the results. We definitely recommend Boch Honda to our friends and colleagues. More
Very helpful. Came in for a service and because the Union had shut the service dept. down, Sean promised me a free oil change to make up for the inconvenience of having to wait so long. Ok.... let me start by saying, we first purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot last year. Then within a month I referred my sister for a new FEB. I then referred my nephew a few months later for a new Accord. Once we Honda Pilot last year. Then within a month I referred my sister for a new FEB. I then referred my nephew a few months later for a new Accord. Once we saw the new Odyssey, I had to have it. I have never owned a minivan before and was always scared of the sterotype. I have to tell you, by far the 2011 Odyssey Touring is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I can tell you I have owned Mercedes, Lexus, Cadillac and a Denali. Nothing compares to the ride and convenience of owning a Honda Odyssey. Not to mention the stares you get from adorning fans. now let's get to the dealer, even with having purchased before, I still shopped around to get my best price. I then had Boch match the lowest price. I have worked with Will so many times and love him. He is by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He isn't pushy buy knows when to sell. He is full of knowledge about all the vehicles he sells. If he is not the #1 salesman on the planet, I don't know who is. He is simply the best. Let's not forget my finance guy Bobby! He is so good and down to earth, not to mention handsome,lol... he makes getting a rate fun. The only thing I don't like is when they throw at you the autostart, claiming they can get you a better rate, not sure if that is even legal because its not true. Your interest rate won't go down just by buying an autostart system... Bottom line, I got a 2011 Honda Odyssey for what I wanted to pay.... Thanks guys.... More
Upon entering Boch Honda I was greeted with a friendly smile by John Debronzo. I was looking to buy a new CRV and was impressed at his knowledge of the car. He was quick and efficient at answering all m smile by John Debronzo. I was looking to buy a new CRV and was impressed at his knowledge of the car. He was quick and efficient at answering all my questions, before I knew it we were getting the paperwork done. John delivered my car all the way to my home in NH and even after the long drive was patient with me while explaining the navigation system and other specs. John’s customer service and friendliness was genuine and more than you expect from a sales person. He didn’t just gain a sale, but a customer. I was impressed and would recommend Boch and him to anyone buying a car. More
I worked with Mike McShane who was terrific to work with and explained everything about the car in great detail. I am big on safety and Mike was able to give me all of the information on that and on feature and explained everything about the car in great detail. I am big on safety and Mike was able to give me all of the information on that and on features that assured me that I was purchasing the right car. The process was fast and relatively pain free, with none of the usual car dealer shennanigans. I also appreciated that Mike didn't treat me like a moron because I am female. He answered all of my questions with patience and humor. In fact my friend who was with me when I bought my CRV wants to go back and see Mike next year to buy a car. You can't get a better recommendation than that!! Thanks Mike!! More
We went to that place yesterday to purchase a new car. We were assigned an old grumpy and sick salesperson. That is not a good combination for someone who sells cars. I do feel bad for the guy thus I will no were assigned an old grumpy and sick salesperson. That is not a good combination for someone who sells cars. I do feel bad for the guy thus I will not disclose his name. Anyway, he took us for a test drive of a Honda Accord 2011. Three minutes after we took off car alarm went off for an unfastened passenger. He got wicked mad and almost screamed "PUT ON YOUR SEATBELT!!! DRIVER, PULL OVER!!!". Right that second he killed any chance of us buying a car from him. He acted like a madman. To make the matter worse he hinted to us that he should be going home now, why are we holding him up??? Anyway, when we got back to the dealership we started negotiating just for the hell of it. We offered 21000 for the car with the sticker price at 26000. We haggled for a few minutes, got it down to 21800 (not bad!!!) and walked away because like I said we were not going to buy it from him. The next day we went there again with a firm intent to buy a car from a NICE salesperson. There he was. John acted professionaly, was very corteous, knowledgeable and all that. Then we sat down again thinking to close the deal with the price we reached yesterday (21800), Ops! John takes our figure and walkes to his manager. He comes back with his manager. The manager says "No, we cannot sell it to you at this price". We say we agreed on this yesterday. He said you missed your chance. I think he is full of kaka. At that second we get a phone call from one of the Boch guys we met yesterday. He's asking if he can help us in any way to buy a new car. We say YES, Anthony, come on down, we cannot agree on the price we reached yesterday. The manager who overheard our conversation says "No, he cannot help you" and disappears. He comes back in 2 minutes and says "Anthony is not coming, you have to deal with me now." WHAT THE ^$%#??? This place is a war zone. We ask for five minutes to contemplate, and we are left alone. We grab all the notes they were making, walk out, and get in our car. Just as we are pulling out, we get stopped by John, the nice guy. He wants to know why were we leaving and WHERE ON EARTH IS THE PAPERWORK FROM THE TABLE???? I hold nothing against John, he acted on a order from his manager. We say we don't know, no clue, wind blew it away, whatever... Then he acted professionally, again. He did not make any insulting conclusions, he apologized if he offended us in any way, and wished us a nice day. I truly hope that he will become a manager of that place some day and will rid it off all the incompetent idiots and rude misfits. Straight from Boch we went to Prime Honda, met a nice salesperson Steven Lander and bought the same car from him for $22000. And got a remote starter for 400 (200 dollars cheaper than boch) More

I had the most pleasant exprience working with Rik Turner from Boch Honda. Rik was extremely nice, honest and really advocated on my behalf for the best deal on my car lease. He didn't act like the pushy ca from Boch Honda. Rik was extremely nice, honest and really advocated on my behalf for the best deal on my car lease. He didn't act like the pushy car salesman, and that's what really set him apart and made me want to do business with him as opposed to the other salesmen I've come across in my search. In the end, I got the best deal on a car lease and had a fun and easy experience throughout. More
I needed warranty work done on my Honda Civic. Took the car in on a Friday night. They took my car within 1 hr, did some work on it and told me they did some of the repairs, but had to order parts for the car in on a Friday night. They took my car within 1 hr, did some work on it and told me they did some of the repairs, but had to order parts for the other repairs (glove box and weather stripping). I came back the following week after the parts were received. They told me it would be 1-2 hrs. wait. After 1.5 hrs, I asked how much longer it would be. They said 1 or 2 cars ahead of me and it should be another 1/2 hr to 1hr to get to my car and another 45 min to do the repairs. I said that I cannot wait that long and that I should be given a priority since this is my second time here. They would do nothing for me. He said if I come back the following night after 6pm they would not be as crowded. (He says they are open until 9PM for service while the sign actually says 7-9pm, no appt is needed.). Come back the following night at 8:20 and they say they stop taking cars for service at 7:30 so they can finish what they have !! I said where does it say that. They say the sign outside. WRONG!!. They would not budge. They said if I come bat in the morning at 6:45 AM, I would be first in line. I come back Sat, at 6:45 and there are 8 cars ahead of me. After another 1 1/2 wait, they finish the repairs. More
