Even then we took a LOT of time deciding what we wanted to do (even making use of the free wi-fi to catch up on some other things while I was there). In the end we shook hands and had exactly what we wanted. I would also add that the experience with the finance folks - afer working with sales - was the best I have ever had with just clarity and no pressure. I had a minor problem with my Honda Fit. The low tire pressure light stayed on even after I checked and re-checked all the pressure readings. I went to the Boch website and entered a appointment request for service. In a few minutes, I had a confirmed appointment for 4:30 that afternoon. I was met at the service department with no wait in line. My car was tagged and a technician drove it into the shop. Sean, my service advisor, explained that it might be a defective sending unit or possibly a slow leak in a tire. Sean also explained how the sending units work, which was helpful in understanding the problem and causes. It turned out to be a mis-calibrated sending unit. The calibration was adjusted and the tech took the car for a test drive to insure that was the correct repair. Sean went over all the details of the repaid, told me it was all covered under warranty, and set up my next appointment at 5,000 miles for service. I was home in time for dinner and the Honda Fit was back to 100% enjoyment! More

My recent service experiance was very good for a routine oil change. Service person went over service options coming on my vehicle, but did not push too hard or speak down to me. While this was a good experiance, I am still upset from a prevous visit, that I had to replace rear brakes ($350) at 35K miles and the dealership did nothing but try to tell me it "could be my driving". There is a design flaw in th '08 accord rear brakes. I nver replaced rear brakes in a Honda before 100k miles. I called to complain and some called to take my information. They said they would call back, but never did and I lost the paper I took thier name down on. I was in a jam today so I had my oil change at Boch, but will not go back because of the lack of customer service on the brake issue. I feel the dealership does not stand by the product they are selling. I have bought multiple cars from Boch and have been a loyal customer, but they treated me like I just wanted to get something for free. I just wanted them to stand by thier product and make it right. Service will be completed at Herb Chambers going forward. More

The employees at Boch Honda were very welcoming to my boyfriend and I when we walked into the showroom. They were very thorough in explaining all the options available. By the time I was done with my experience at Boch Honda, I felt very comfortable and informed about my decision. I went with the Honda Civic LX Coupe, and I love it! Mike McShane from Sales, in particular, gave me a superb and in depth description of my new Honda Civic. From the way he described everything you could tell he had a true passion for the Honda brand. I had never driven a Honda in my life, and he made sure I knew all the ins and outs before driving away. Not only did he physically go over the car with me, but he also made sure to go over the owner's manual as well. Even when I was done doing business at Boch Honda, Mike McShane was thoughtful enough to call and check in to make sure I was doing ok driving my new Honda Civic!
