Mike helped us select a Civic and was sure to point out all the safety features and how well it did on gas. Mike was super knowledgable about the car, and was very patient with us during the whole process. At every step, Mike made sure my daughter understood how the car worked, how the financing worked, everthing. He never talked down to her, but treated her as a valued adult customer. When we picked the car up, Mike made sure my daughter was satisfied and fully comfortable in operating her new Civic.
