I understand Rodney Eliacin is new to Boch Honda. He was incredibly helpful in helping me select a car that I am extremely happy with. It is a used 2017 CR-V EX. Worst experience with customer service. A waste of 5 weeks of my life. This place is a scam and they prey on customers of color and who are young because they assume you're stupid. We were looking for a used car. From the beginning, the sales person seemed very uninterested in selling us a car. We called 3 hours before arrival to confirm the car we wanted was there and not sold. Af sales person seemed very uninterested in selling us a car. After we sat and waited over thirty minutes for the sales person to pull up the car, he came back to tell us it was sold. He offered us to look at another car. We agreed...over 40 minutes later we were told first by the sales person and manager they couldn’t find the car and then ultimately they claimed the car was not ready to be test driven yet. Would we like to come back another day when it was ready? Boch you cannot keep track of your own inventory??No we don’t want to come back !!!!!! Drove an hour to and an hour from your dealer to drive nothing. A complete waste of time!!!! Would never go here again for a used or new car after this very poor experience. Complete turn off!!!! More

Good car but very unhappy with customer service I bought a used Subaru from them earlier in 2019. Positives: Customer service was good at the time of purchase, and people were friendly. The car w I bought a used Subaru from them earlier in 2019. Positives: Customer service was good at the time of purchase, and people were friendly. The car was in good shape; price was okay. Negatives: The used car manager tried to charge me $500 extra (without telling me) for moving the car from down the street. Good thing I caught him - he got rid of the charge. Also, the team pressured me into the buying the car that day since it was the last day of the month (which I agreed to do in exchange for a small discount, to be a nice person and help them out). They then proceeded to pressure me into financing instead of paying in cash (which I also did because I was trying to be nice), and when I asked if that would cost me more, they lied and said no (obviously not true because of interest). My fault for not calling them out on that one, but it was a lie either way. More negatives: I traded in my old car (in quite good condition) for $500 as part of the purchase. When I realized the next day that my neighbor wanted it and I could have sold it to him instead (so it would get used instead of junked), I asked if I could undo the trade or buy it back for the same price (or even $1000!). They were wishy-washy and didn't give us a straight answer for a long time, and when they finally got back to us, they had jacked up the price to something like $4000. I had just done them all these favors, and they couldn't do us the courtesy of giving the car back or at least being straight with us upfront. THEN, I tried to get on the phone with the manager for months. I requested a call from him at least 5-6 times. Nothing. All I wanted to do was to explain what had happened and to get some answers, and instead I have to post here because he never called me. The last straw: I was turned down for a credit card 3 months later for no obvious reason. When I finally got the report with the reason, it turned out Boch had done 5 SEPARATE CREDIT PULLS on my account (on the same day!) and ruined my chances at any new credit cards for the near future. Car has been good, but I would caution anyone with the above story and make sure they ask a LOT of questions upfront when going to Boch (or just shop elsewhere). More
