Finally I Had A Good Experience After purchasing my previous Honda Accord back in 2016 at another dealership in NJ I told myself that this would be the last time when I buy a Honda After purchasing my previous Honda Accord back in 2016 at another dealership in NJ I told myself that this would be the last time when I buy a Honda because of the bad customer service that I experienced at that dealership. Recently I found a 2017 Accord advertised online, so I decided to pay a visit to the Both dealership in order to see the car. Since I previously owned one, I knew this model very well. I spoke with Joseph Thomas (salesman) and he gave me a good deal on this car, so I decided to buy it. I was treated very well as a customer and I am very happy with the purchase. I just want to add something: even though I said before that I will never buy a Honda again due to previous poor customer service experience, sometimes a salesman (Joseph in my case) makes all the difference in making the customer reconsider his decision. The only satisfaction came with a miscommunication on finance rates. John checked with finance on rate of 2.9% before we came for final purchase but we were told 3.9% when we were there. They tried to work with us and gave us some discount but we still didn’t get the promised rate. I hope the sales and finance could coordinate better. More
