New car I went in to buy a new Honda CR-V 2019. I got a great trade in value for my old cr-v. this is my 3rd time buying from Boch Honda in Norwood and custom I went in to buy a new Honda CR-V 2019. I got a great trade in value for my old cr-v. this is my 3rd time buying from Boch Honda in Norwood and customer service is always great and the price is always fair value. I wouldn’t go to another dealer. Ronald was my sales person and he was kind and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job explaining all the features and showing me all the new things in the cr-v. Honda Civic and Honda Pilot Elite Sean was fantastic in explaining everything. He was personable and excellent in going back to the manager on pricing. What was frustrating and had us truly questioning Boch Honda in the future was the lack of ability to give us any type of deal. We bought two cars, $75,000.00 dollars worth, and there was no give on price. We were forced to do them as separate deals. We took the first car with no haggle, expecting them to reciprocate at least a bit on the second car. No doing, there was absolutely no give on their part. These cars made over 10 cars we had gotten through Boch Honda. Never, ever, ever, have they been so unwilling to budge on price. 20+ years of loyalty, brushed under the rug. Two major purchases and for the first time in all the times we've purchased through them, I felt like I'd been screwed. They were very quick to put it all on Honda and said that it was Honda that set the final pricing, not them. Now I'm stuck paying more than I ever wanted, and I'm a complete sucker for showing loyalty to Boch. We will be bringing our future new car purchases elsewhere. Once again, Sean Bucknor was fantastic. The manager was a disgusting person who didn't care about us, or are purchases, all he cared about was that we filled out the survey stating we had been shown how the electronics in the car worked. Basically stated any negative grades would reflect on Sean, not Boch Honda. Disgusted. More

He listened to what we said we needed, and helped us find just the right car. He came back on the day we picked up the car as well (not his normal work day), to be sure we were happy with it, could manage where the controls were (they were different from our old car), were comfortable with it, and had everything we needed. Amadou was good with our young son as well (patient when he was talking, etc) while we were talking through the purchase. More

AMINE is the BEST! I walked into Boch Honda back in 2011 and was lucky enough to have Amine Abad become my sales person. We quickly hit it off and he put me into my firs I walked into Boch Honda back in 2011 and was lucky enough to have Amine Abad become my sales person. We quickly hit it off and he put me into my first CRV lease. I have gone back to Amine every time my current lease was up and ended up leasing again. This time 4/10/19, I was thinking of purchasing because I love the CRV so much. With the new design upgrades and safety features since my 2016 model, I felt like I was driving something completely different. I worked with Samir in finance and was able to work out numbers to make financing a better choice for me this time around. Amine is such a great guy. He's very friendly, attentive and professional.
