Salesman was unexperienced My experience at Boch was unpleasant. I was so excited because this my first car purchasing experience and sadly I was paired with Mario, the most unk My experience at Boch was unpleasant. I was so excited because this my first car purchasing experience and sadly I was paired with Mario, the most unknowledgeable and unexperienced salesman on the team. The sad part was that I was introduced to him by the Sales Manager Marc who kept saying he was "new" and fully aware that he was inadequate to assist me. The first visit turned out to be a long 5-hour night constantly waiting due to the fact that Mario had to consult with multiple people for every question I asked. Days later when I went to go pick up my car, he failed to explain why my car didn't pass inspection which made me even more confused and angered, even though my car was fine to drive. I would recommend further training for Mario before assisting any other people. His communication skills are poor and left me more frustrated with every encounter I had with him. If I wasn't already planning to buy the car, I probably would have walked away from Boch. More
