Services requested not attended Last time I was there, I specifically requested some services and the attendant did not performed. I Think that attendant interests was not in my needs but in selling services I did not want at that time. Perhaps, that was the reason it drove him to forget of my requests. I went back for another service after long 2 and 1/2 hour driving through evening traffic to find out the Service Center closed. No, I did not took time to call ahead. Inside the Sales department took awhile for someone to notice me and to come in my direction to ask if I needed help. I feel like everybody there at the Sales Showroom are within a cloud space that my presence is unimportant to them. I do not know what is. More

Took forever and the car was scratched upon delivery First of all, we were a repeat customer and were hoping to have a good experience. I knew the car I wanted when I walked in and planned on the process First of all, we were a repeat customer and were hoping to have a good experience. I knew the car I wanted when I walked in and planned on the process to be fairly quick. Unfortunately, it took 5 hours to get to the final deal. My salesperson (Mario) was incredibly slow and uninformed on the basic working of selling a car. He would repeatedly leave to get questions answered only to comeback with partial answers or statements that would then lead to more questions. On delivery the car was scratched. The delivery process then took another 4 hours as I had to convince them that the car was scratched. The registration and the inspection was also not completed even though it was paid for and we had submitted everything to our insurance 3 days prior to the delivery. The sales managers eventually stepped in to get the inspection/ Registration completed. The car remains scratched. There was a work order that was given to me to get the scratch fixed but I live over 40 min away from this dealership and cannot get there easily. More
