Boch Service Better Than Good I have taken my 2013 Honda Civic to Boch Honda numerous times for schedule maintenance and other problems and every time the service is better than g I have taken my 2013 Honda Civic to Boch Honda numerous times for schedule maintenance and other problems and every time the service is better than good. They do an Automobile Status Report on my car and give me a "Multi-Point Inspection Form" showing 'Checked and OK at this time' and what may 'Require Future Attention' and 'Requires Immediate attention'. And if I have questions about the result, they explain the results to me. This gives me an excellent view of how much wear and tear for pats of my Honda Civict part. The price for this part of the service is free! Can't beat that, can you? The prices Boch charges for the work they do is competitive with other dealers. The service folks are always friendly and understanding. And I should add knowledgeable. More

Bad Experience I have a 2017 Honda HR-V. I have a squeaky belt and wrote that into the notes field when I made the appt online. I drove the 30 miles to Boch and afte I have a 2017 Honda HR-V. I have a squeaky belt and wrote that into the notes field when I made the appt online. I drove the 30 miles to Boch and after checking in was told 30 minutes later they did not have the belt in stock. Then they tried to up sell me for an air filter and tire rotation. I had rotated my tires 2,000 miles ago. Very disappointing. More
