CRV 2018 My experience with Kevin was excellent. However, the vehicle had dent which I didn't initial notice. I called the same day I received the vehicle. My experience with Kevin was excellent. The response time to my issue was delayed due to the team having a day off which isn't a problem. However, when a customer is unhappy or has an issue the response time is imperative. I was very unhappy with the level of customer service . In the end the staff resolved the issue and made it right. Overall, I'm happy with purchase but, from a customer service standpoint Toyota is leaps and bounds better than Honda. More

The car looked beautiful and was very clean but the first few weeks I drove it I found some issues I wished the salesperson would have pointed out. It might have influenced whether I would have bought the car or not. A couple of the speakers don't work and one of the back doors do not unlock when I unlock all the doors by touching the outside driver door handle. It makes we worry they weren't truthful about other things and just wanted my money, More
