I was early for my appointment. 15 minutes past my scheduled time, the prior appointment, now 45 minutes late, is allowed to displace me?! (I’m refering to picking up the car) The ceiling was dirty and had to be cleaned up although it had supposedly been detailed? Honestly, I came to get the keys to a clean car at 6:30. Why does this take an hour and why wasn’t it clean? More
