Poor Service & Bad Pricing (your experience may vary) Went in to test drive and discuss lease pricing for the 2018 Accord Sport 2.0T Automatic. I made an appointment via email. When I arrived, they did not have the vehicle ready. The front desk paired me up with a sales rep who had me sit down for about 15 minutes while he gathered information and got a Honda Civic ready. He had me drive the Civic down the road to their second lot to get the Accord. My test drive was really short, only about 5 minutes, which was really disappointing. All we did was drive down the road and he told me to pull back into the dealership. Talking to the sales rep during the test drive, I could tell he was not knowledgeable on the car. I let them know I wanted to see the different trim levels. They didn't show them to me. Sales rep tried to tell me the 1.5L was faster than the 2.0L, and that the 2.0L was a V6. Both are very false. After the test drive, the sales rep assumed I was ready to buy, which was laughable. He never asked me any questions such as why I was getting a new car, what my timeline was, or what features I wanted. We went back to discuss the lease quote. I asked for a detailed quote. He came back with a paper that had just the monthly payment/down payment written down. The monthly payment was absurd and I reminded him I asked for a detailed quote. He came back with the same paper, monthly payment lowed by a little, still no details. I get a little upset and said I wanted to see the detailed quote to see selling price, residual, taxes, and money factor. He was visibly annoyed and left with a loud sigh. The manager came over we a detailed quote. He wouldn't honor the selling price I was given via email just the day before, which was annoying. His price was absurd and I couldn't replicate the calculations. Something was sketchy and just didn't add up. He assured me no one would offer the pricing I was expected. I challenged him and left the dealership. Found much better pricing and service at other dealerships in the area. Ended up getting the same car from another dealer for much lower. They were friendlier and more knowledgeable. If you go to this dealer, send their quote to other deals. I bet someone will beat it by a lot. More

Could have been better Sales person was nice and financing was amazing to deal with. I was disappointed when I received my vehicle at the dmv. Owners manual was missing.
