Very customer oriented to make me happy I have been bringing my cars to Boch for years for oil changes and occasional issues. My new CRV needed a sunroof adjustment which was going to take a few hours before they could get to it. I was quickly offered by service tech Joe a ride home in Boch's shuttle van. A few hours later I got a call that it was ready and they were sending the shuttle out to my home to bring me back. In a few days a new part arrived and it was quickly replaced while I waited. Problem resolved with total satisfaction! More
